Feb 3, 2012

Rape is a cruel violation of a helpless victim. In addition to the physical torment involved, rape reduces the victim to subhuman status.

Under the barbaric rule of the Mullahcracy in Iran.

however, sexual assaults have become instruments of policy for extracting false confessions, satisfying the boundless sadisms and sexual perversities of the jailers, punishing the helpless victim and leaving each of them with a sense of dehumanization. These horrors keep playing out, unabated, in the streets, prisons and dungeons of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The 19-year old beautiful Taraneh was not shot with a single bullet to her chest as was the case with Neda Agha Sultan. There were no bystanders in the dungeon with a cell phone to capture the prolonged torture, rape, and sodomy of this teen-ager.

On June 28, 2009, Taraneh Mousavi, a young Iranian woman, was literally scooped off the streets without any provocation on her part and with no arrest warrant.

This young woman was taken to one of the Islamists torture chambers where she was repeatedly brutalized, raped, and sodomized by Ahmadinejad’s agents and with the consent of the “supreme leader” Ali Khamenei.

Near death from repeated beating, raping and sodomizing, the fragile young woman, bleeding profusely from her rectum and womb, was transferred to a hospital in Karaj near Tehran.

Eventually, an anonymous person notified Taraneh’s family that she had had an “accident” and had to be taken to the hospital.

The devastated family rushed to the hospital only to find no trace of their beloved daughter because, the gang of Islamic thugs, the foot-soldiers of Allah’s “divine representative” Ali Khamenei, decided to eliminate all traces of their savagery.

These beasts of Allah removed the dying woman from the hospital before the family’s arrival, burned it beyond recognition and dumped her charred remains on the side of the road.

Taraneh means melody in Persian. According to her bereaved family and friends, true to her name, she used to sing with a beautiful warm voice and played the piano with skill. It is beyond imaginable cruelty to have her precious young life extinguished after an extended period of torture and rape.

Like Neda, another young woman, whose chest was ripped by the bullet of a murdering Islamist as she peacefully walked along with a throng of peaceful demonstrators, Taraneh’s tragedy gives a glimpse of the true face of Islamic fascism and its brutality.

The Taranehs and Nedas of Iran shall remain as eternal testaments to the depravity of Islamic fascism and the horrors it has visited on innocent people. And these young victims of the Islamic tyranny are by no means isolated cases.

Tragically, women as a gender bear the brunt of Islamic misogyny. Women are systematically exploited, maltreated and disenfranchised from their God-given rights.

How did Taraneh end up in the hands of the Islamist murderers? According to numerous reports, the 19-year-old Taraneh Mousavi, was among hundreds arrested on June 28, 2009 in Iran’s post-election aftermath.

She was standing outside her school when she was arrested, along with a group of about 14 others, blindfolded and taken to an interrogation and torture center.

Witnesses present at the scene have reported that the basijis militia—hired government thugs–were giving the exceptionally beautiful Taraneh a particularly hard time.

When the other detainees were allowed to contact their families and she was not, she sensed there would be trouble and gave her parents’ telephone number to a few of the women there who in turn contacted her family after being released.

Our great Zoroaster, the luminous ancient prophet of Persia, spoke of the ongoing battle between the forces of good under Ahuramazda—God, and the forces of evil directed by Ahriman—the Satan.

Zoroaster warned us not to fall for the enticements or be deceived by the machinations of Ahriman. He further informed us that evil can be recognized by the deeds of its people; people who would oppose the precepts of Ahuramazda.

The savage Islamists killed the magnificent child-woman, Taraneh, after a long period of tortuous imprisonment and rape. By killing her, the agents of evil aimed to silence freedom loving Iranians. But assuredly they can never kill freedom. They only kill the body, but the spirit of freedom lives on.

According to the Islamic Sharia practiced by the Islamic Republic of Iran, it is impermissible to execute a woman if she is virgin. A handy excuse for the torture savages to satisfy their beastly lust by arranging a “wedding” ceremony before the eventual execution of the victim.

The female prisoner is forced to consummate the “marriage” by submitting sexually to one of the chosen jail-keepers. A virgin woman gets forcibly raped before being hanged. This is yet another gift from Islam to humanity!

Lest reports of horrific mistreatment of innocent prisoners of conscience be taken as baseless rumors and innuendoes, in a letter dated June 12, 2009, a Presidential candidate, Mehdi Karoobi, explicitly states the violations.

The letter addressed to the head of the Assembly of Experts on Leadership—the highest body of the ruling gang of clerics—Karoobi demands that an impartial commission be appointed to investigate the torture and rape reports of detainees, both women as well as men.

Mr. Karoobi writes: “I do not think that prisoners in the pre-revolution regime (i.e. the Shah’s) had seen or heard of such crimes. Some detained individuals have reported such savage rapes that have left the women victims with physical scars and ruptures in their reproductive systems.

At the same time, young imprisoned boys have been raped in such atrocious ways causing them depression, physical and psychological pain, leading to their complete withdrawal from everybody.”

For the past 33-years, the Islamic Republic of Iran has been denying and violating a long-suffering people of all its human rights. The regime is guilty of beating, torturing, raping, and killing prisoners of conscience—political, religious, intellectuals, artists and others.

Women, chronically oppressed and denied their basic human and family rights, have been the ones most viciously abused by the Islamic system and its hired plain clothes and Basij members.

To maintain its suffocating rule, the regime metes out punishments reminiscent of the worst governments in the annals of human history. Amputation of hands and feet, blinding of eyes, hanging, and stoning victims after perfunctory trials in kangaroo courts without legal representation is common-place under the terror rule of the Islamists

The Islamists’ ruling Iran—the curse of Allah—heartlessly hang gays on the grounds that same sex relationship is a capital offense according to the Islamic ethos.

Yet, these same beasts gang rape innocent young men in their medieval dungeons, after having arrested them for participating in peaceful demonstrations.

The horrors visited on innocent Iranian detainees by the goons of the Islamic Republic with the consent of the head-criminal, Ali Khamenei, and the orders of the brutal “President” Ahmadinejad, make every decent human shudder with revulsion.

It is sadly reminiscent of Nazi Germany. The Nazi’s use of piano wires for nooses to torment maximally their victims by slow death has been matched by the Islamist Fascists’ resort to sexual brutalization that eventuates in death.

Freedom-lovers and decent humans like Taraneh and Neda, like millions of others, did not believe that a murdering Islamist Ahmadinejad was their President.

They did not approve of his rabid attacks on Israel, demanding its eradication; they did not condone his largess on Islamist terrorists such as Hizbollah and Hamas; they did not want religious minorities, such as Baha’is, to be deprived of their rights of citizenship simply because they did not believe in his religious zealotry; they did not want to live as second class citizens because of their gender.

Tragically, there are people in position of power who turn a blind eye to these horrors with their sole concern for their own self-interests. When Robert Gibbs, former spokesman for the White House, shamelessly declares that Mahmood Ahmadinejad, the fraud, is the elected President of Iran, one wonders about Gibbs’ humaneness.

How would Gibbs feel if Taraneh was his daughter and Ahmadinejad had her blood on his hands? Would Gibbs, or for that matter President Obama, call this murderer Ahmadinejad, a duly elected President worthy of shaking his bloodstained hand?

In short, the Islamic Republic of Iran represents devastation and death if not immediately disempowered by all people and nations that value the Universal Human Rights for all. It is timely to bring to mind the warning of the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” The Islamic Republic of Iran is indeed a miscarriage of justice, a cruel repressive rule, and an imminent threat not only to Iranians but also to the world at large.

Jan 30, 2012

Millions of Americans rely daily on TV, newspapers and the internet to keep them.

But when news items are never reported, shoved to the back, or just plain dishonest, it’s no longer journalism.

July of last year I wrote about the reporting of Anders Behring Breivik and the tragedy in Norway. I wrote at that time,

Depending who you ask or where you studied journalism, one of the first rules is to keep your bias out of the story. So what happened?

Somewhere during my lifetime it seems that all journalists or to be more specific, reporters, took sides. The way they state things or in many cases, don’t state them is a pure and blatant attempt to sway the reader.

Last October in an article I wrote about the media attacks on Dr. Walid Phares I wrote,

It is one thing to disagree with someone or their views; it’s something else when you blatantly lie, have no proof to back up what you are claiming and then you call it journalism.

What’s more, are those in the media that never bother to check something they have read and then regurgitate it over and over without any basis whatsoever, writing their own article using the original lies and still refer to it as “journalism”.

We have all heard the term ‘mainstream media’ and most of you reading this have probably used it more than once, and not in any complimentary sense. The problem as I see it is that maybe we should stop calling it the ‘media’ all together.

According to the Business Dictionary the word ‘media’ is defined as,

Communication channels through which news, entertainment, education, data, or promotional messages are disseminated. Media includes every broadcasting and narrowcasting medium such as newspapers, magazines, TV, radio, billboards, direct mail, telephone, fax, and internet.

Since 9/11, the way that media outlets have been reporting the news when it comes to Islam, Muslims and even terrorism, it could probably be considered “entertainment”, except for one problem, it’s not funny.

There have been over 45 thwarted terror attacks here in the U.S. since 9/11, which is of course only counting those that have even been reported. Chances are you did not hear or read about all of them.

I know of many incidents that were reported in the news, but in no way ever associated to terrorism. Little facts such as never reporting the name of the individual committing the act if it in anyway sounds Islamic. Leaving out the fact that suspect screamed “Allah Akbar” while committing the act, or attempting to sway the reader to believe that the motive was due to “mental instability”.

The latest ‘media’ screw up would have to be that of Yonathan Melaku. If the name doesn’t mean anything to you, I am not at all surprised.

Remember last June 17 when a man carrying ‘suspected’ bomb making materials and pro-al-Qaeda literature was arrested in Arlington National Cemetery? It just about shut down D.C. due to the bomb scare and consequential search that followed.

Inside his backpack he had ammonium nitrate, spent ammunition from an automatic weapon and a can of black spray paint. A notebook he was carrying had the words “al qaeda,” “Taliban rules,” “mujahidin” and “defeated coalition forces.”

At the time of his arrest most media outlets made this story the headline and speculated it was another thwarted terror attack. But in that case they really had no choice, he was arrested near the Pentagon.

Both the Department of Homeland Security’s spokesman and lead Special Agent from the FBI counterterrorism unit were giving interviews at the scene.

But as time went on and other news became more important, this story like any other was eventually forgotten. But when the investigation in to Melaku revealed he was the same individual that shot at the National Museum of the Marine Corps, the Pentagon, and two other military buildings in October and November 2010 it not only never became headlines, it barely made the news.

Melaku, a naturalized U.S. citizen who was born in Ethiopia and was a former Marine reservist was sentenced last Thursday in U.S. District Court in Alexandria. He pleaded guilty to three counts, including shooting at the Pentagon on Oct. 19, 2010 and attempting to injure veterans’ memorials on U.S. property.

He admitted five shootings from Oct. 17, 2010, through Nov. 2, 2010, twice at the National Museum of the Marine Corps, the Pentagon, a Marine Corps recruiting sub-station in Chantilly, Va., and a U.S. Coast Guard recruiting office in Woodbridge, Va.

It’s one thing that his sentencing and the connection between the Arlington case and the Pentagon shootings didn’t make the headlines, it’s all together another that the video investigators found hasn’t been seen on every major ‘media’ outlet since it was released.

The 10 minute video, which Melaku admitted he setup inside his vehicle to record himself shows him wearing a black mask and a red and white checkered ‘keffiyeh’ (scarf) around his neck. The red and white keffiyeh is worn by Hamas and the Somalian Islamic Al-Qaeda offshoot the Al-Shabaab as well as other terrorist groups.

It shows him shooting a 9mm handgun, outfitted with an extended magazine, from the passenger side window while naming his intended targets, but most telling is his singing along with the Jihadi music playing in the car and screaming “Allah Akbar” repeatedly after shooting.

During the video you hear Melaku over the music,

“That’s a military building and that’s the building I’m going to be targeting… Last time I hit them, they turned off the lights for like… Four or five days… Punks! Now, here we go again.

This time, I’m gonna turn it off permanently. Alright. Alright, next time I turn on this video, I’m gonna be shooting them. That’s what they get… That’s the target. That’s the military building that’s going to, gonna get attacked.”

Later in the video he removes the mask revealing his face.

According to the FBI Press Release on their website, U.S. Attorney MacBride stated,

“Yonathan Melaku pled guilty to carrying out a calculated, destructive campaign to instill terror throughout our community. The video he filmed during one drive-by shooting is a chilling portrayal of his intent and the escalating danger he posed.

Thanks to the FBI and their law enforcement partners, we were able to apprehend Mr. Melaku, develop the evidence that linked him to the shootings, and secure this conviction today.”

The FBI referred to this act as “terror”, but as I found other reports on the Melaku conviction, not only were they not headlines, they never mentioned the word “terror” or “terrorism” and conveniently leave out that the he screams “Allah Akbar” during the video.

WUSA 9, the CBS Channel in Washington D.C. is one such perfect example. It reported it as follows,

Melaku also admitted on Thursday that he video taped the second shooting at the National Museum of the Marine Corps. He said he set up a video camera inside his car and the video showed Melaku firing a gun out the passenger-side window. He also narrates and at one point says “That’s my target. That’s the military building. It’s going to be attacked.”

This CBS station is in D.C., this is where all the attacks occurred, where Melaku was captured and they never mention the FBI statement, “terror” or that he screamed “Allah Akbar”.

The WJLA, ABC Channel 7 out of Arlington, VA report could have been written by the same person as the CBS story as it too seems to forget all about the fact that Melaku screamed “Allah Akbar”.

Their story only mentions the portion of the video where Melaku “narrated the incident” talking about attacking a military building.

The Washington Post had the audacity to title their “Motive of shooter who targeted military sites is unclear”.

Unclear? Really? Within the article at least they mention the FBI statement and that he screamed “Allah Akbar”, but the way they slant the story beyond the laughable title is inexcusable.

Although the Washington Post quotes first assistant U.S. Attorney, Dana Boente,

Melaku wanted “to create fear and terror, which is what terrorists do.”

The rest of the article overshadows it and leaves the reader with these ending thoughts,

Although Melaku acknowledged shooting at the buildings — attacks that did not injure anyone but caused an estimated $111,000 in damage — it still remains unclear why he did it.

Gregory English, Melaku’s defense lawyer, said after the hearing that Melaku’s family is of the Coptic Christian faith and that they were stunned to learn of his involvement in the crimes and the references to Islamic jihad.

English said the shootings were out of character for Melaku, and he wonders whether his client suffers from a psychological problem, which he has asked the court to evaluate.

English said Melaku thought that by shooting at the buildings he did, late at night, no one would get hurt. English said the video was intended for YouTube.

“As bad as it is, this is someone who essentially broke windows,” English said. “It’s vandalism. He has no link to terrorism. . . . He had a message, but I don’t understand what that message was supposed to be.”

The Washington Examiner had a whopping 5 paragraph, 174 word story in their ‘local news’ section that like others, somehow lost their vocabulary and managed to report it without ever mentioning Muslim, Islam, terror, terrorism or Ethiopian. They did manage however to squeeze in,

No one was injured in the shootings.

His car was located near the Pentagon, and the FBI said authorities found suspicious materials in the vehicle.

What were those “suspicious materials” again, oh yes, ammonium nitrate, spent ammunition from an automatic weapon, a can of black spray paint and a notebook with the words “al qaeda,” “Taliban rules,” “mujahidin” and “defeated coalition forces.”

This is not by any means an isolated incident. This agenda of bending of backwards to not portray Muslims, be them terrorists or not, in a bad light goes on day in and day out with our so called ‘media’.

Google the name “Sami Osmakac”. He is the 25-year-old Muslim from Kosovo that planned to bomb and attack crowded locations in Tampa with a car bomb, machine guns and other explosives.

His arrest just happened this month but the top three stories on Google come from the Daily Mail of the United Kingdom.

I wonder if these names ring a bell to you, Shkumbin Sherifi and Nevine Aly Elsheikh. Again, no surprise that you have not heard of them.

Remember Dylan “Mohammed” Boyd, the ring leader of the North Carolina terrorist cell? 7 men were arrested in July 2009 on charges that they plotted terrorist attacks at U.S. Marine Corps base Quantico in Virginia and targets overseas, they stockpiled weapons and trained in preparation for their jihadist attacks.

One of those seven was Hysen Sherifi, now his brother, Shkumbin Sherifi along with friend Nevine Aly Elsheikh were arrested last week for trying to hire someone to kill and behead at least three witnesses in the case, and he wanted pictures of the corpses to prove that they were dead.

Another story not important enough for mainstream media, but according to channel 5 WRAL in Raleigh, NC,

The FBI faked the death of a man in order to make a suspect accused of paying a hit man to behead three witnesses in a North Carolina terrorism case believe that the gruesome crime had been carried out.

Officials say the plot to execute the witnesses was masterminded by Sherifi’s imprisoned older brother Hysen Sherifi. He was sentenced to 45 years earlier this month for his role in what prosecutors described as a conspiracy to attack the Marine base at Quantico, Va., and targets abroad.

I guess the fact that he wanted the witnesses beheaded wasn’t anything news worthy, or for that matter that his female friend Nevine Aly Elsheikh is a “special education” teacher at a Montessori school in Morrisville, NC.

Yeah, that’s special alright. I have to wonder how many parents of children she teaches are even aware of her arrest.

This media/journalism agenda of slanting stories, conveniently leaving facts out and losing their vocabulary to appease Muslims had better stop while we still have freedom of the press in this country.

But then again it doesn’t matter; Once Islam wins this battle we can all start getting our news from Al-Jazeera, it’s about the same as we have now.

Jan 23, 2012

The largest ever joint US-Israeli military scheduled for April has been cancelled.

Washington was blamed for postponing and cancelling the event, but it turns out it was Israel all along.

What would have been the largest-scale war games in the two countries’ military cooperation history with thousands of U.S. and Israeli Army servicemen, dozens of ships and deck-based aircraft, was called off on January 15th.

The ‘Austere Challenge 2012’ was more than just war games. Aside from its size and importance it came at a time when both the U.S. and Israel are beyond being ‘concerned’ about Iran.

The missile defense exercise would have had the Israeli Arrow anti-ballistic missile system tested together with the American Patriot system along with the THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) missile systems.

The drill would have included the firing of new missiles as well as 3000 American and Israeli soldiers participating together, the largest ever held jointly by the two countries.

Originally the exercise was just postponed and reported as such by both the U.S. and Israel media outlets. Who was really behind the postponement varied depending on which report one read.

Arutz Sheva (Israel National News) reported on January 15th,

Israel announced Sunday it is postponing the largest-ever anti-missile military exercise with the United States for “technical” reasons days after President Barack Obama called Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to reiterate his “unshakeable” commitment to Israel’s security.

The White House did not elaborate, but the president reportedly told the Prime Minister to back off any plans for attacking Iran.

The report continued with an implication that it would be held 3 months later than planned,

A delay of another three months will give the Obama administration additional time to try to prove its sanctions against Iran are working, hopefully precluding the need for a military strike to stop Iran’s nuclear development.

One day later the NY Times reported it was more of a joint decision,

Israel and the United States have agreed to postpone major joint missile-defense exercises that had been scheduled for the spring because of regional tensions and instability, according to Israel’s foreign minister, Avigdor Lieberman.

The move appears intended to avoid further escalating tensions with Iran, which is under intense international diplomatic and economic pressure to curb its nuclear program out of fears that it is seeking to make a nuclear bomb.

Some reports stated that it was due to Israel and “budgetary” reasons but those were quickly denied by Israel. Then reports started to come out that it was Obama and Washington that cancelled the drill.

Given the way the Obama administration has dealt with Israel over the past three years as well as the U.S. administrations handling of Iran that story seemed plausible, but now it seems it was Prime Minister Netanyahu that called off the event.

The Debka File website reported on January 17th,

“Joint US-Israel drill called off by Netanyahu, to Washington’s surprise”

Sources disclose exclusively that, contrary to recent reports published in Washington, Jerusalem – and this site too – it was Israel Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, not the Obama administration, who decided to call off the biggest ever joint US-Israeli military exercise Austere Challenge 12 scheduled for April 2012.

Washington was taken aback by the decision. It was perceived as a mark of Israel’s disapproval for the administration’s apparent hesitancy in going through with the only tough sanctions with any chance of working against Iran’s nuclear weapon program.

Debka listed 4 reasons for Netanyahu’s decision, in part,

1. Washington has taken no action against Iran’s capture of the RQ-170 stealth drone on Dec. 4

2. Silence from Washington also greeted the start of 20-percent grade uranium enrichment at the underground Fordo facility near Qom when it was announced Jan. 9.

3. Three weeks ago, on Jan. 3 Lt. Gen. Ataollah Salehi, Iran’s Army chief, announced that the aircraft carrier USS Stennis and other “enemy ships” would henceforth be barred from entering the Persian Gulf through the Strait of Hormuz . Yet since then, no US carrier has put this threat to the test by attempting a crossing. Tehran has been left to crow.

4. Even after approving sanctions on Iran’s central bank and energy industry, the White House announced they would be introduced in stages in the course of the year.

According to Israeli’s calculus, another six months free of stiff penalties will give Iran respite for bringing its nuclear weapon program to a dangerous and irreversible level.

Given the current state of Iran’s nuclear program and using a liberal timeline there is no doubt that Iran will have a nuclear weapon by years end and this something that Israel has stated it will not allow under any circumstances.

This only leaves Israel one way to deal with this threat and if the U.S. will not work with, let alone back them on any type of military intervention, Israel has no choice but to go about it on its own. It’s truly a matter of survival.

Just this past Thursday the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) had its first parachuted brigade training exercise in more than 15 years. Arutz Sheva reported,

More than 1,000 paratroopers took part in the exercise, which required each paratrooper to jump from an IAF aircraft and immediately spring into a dynamic battlefield once on the ground.

The soldiers were required to use night vision equipment and the constellations overhead to navigate to their respective battalions. While carrying 60 kilograms (133 lb) of equipment, the soldiers took part in a march and a live-fire training exercise in which they ambushed hills and took over targets.

“This is a regimental parachuting exercise which will test the IDF’s ability to bring a whole brigade of warriors deep into the field,” one commander said.

He explained the reason the IDF is bringing back this type of exercise is so that it can be prepared for any possible scenario.

This is not a first for Israel by any stretch of the imagination. Israel took out the Iraqi nuclear plant in 1981 and the Syrian nuclear facility in 2007.

But this is different all together. Both Iraq and Syria had only one plant each and they were not underground. Most importantly, the proximity of both allowed Israel to fly there and back home safely. The distance to Iran and back would require either midair refueling or a stopover to refuel.

The one slight chance and I do emphasize slight chance, for Israel to stop in a neighboring country would be Saudi Arabia who no more wants a nuclear Iran than Israel does.

However, even with a Saudi stop over the distance to Iran’s further known sites are still pushing the envelope of Israel’s flying capability to make there and return home.

Three possible flight routes to Iran all involve flying over countries that are hostile towards Israel or at the least would notify Iran of a pending attack.

From the south Israel must fly over Jordan, Saudi Arabia and possibly Kuwait, from the north it would have to fly along the Syrian-Turkish border, a central flight would cross Jordan and Iraq.

Jordan and Turkey have already made it clear that they do not want their airspace to be used for an Israeli attack against Iran.

Guy Ben-Ari, a research fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C. was interviewed back in 2009. Ben-Ari said the IAF (Israeli Air Force) has been buying and upgrading airplanes specifically for long-distance strikes such as a potential attack against Iran.

At least 50 F-15 Raam and F-16 Soufa aircraft have been converted by installing extra fuel tanks for greater range and countermeasures to defeat radar and missiles.

Israel has the capability to refuel in midair as well, but there are so many other factors involved it is mind boggling. At over 1000 miles each way and avoiding detection so that no other country notifies Iran of a pending attack are just a few of the issues Israel would face on such an attack.

Once Israel is within Iran’s airspace you then have the problem of not only the amount of sites that would need to be destroyed, but the distance between them.

Their locations and the terrain are another issue as well and that doesn’t even begin to cover those sites that are underground.

The Natanz nuclear facility is mostly underground and reinforced with twenty-three meters of soil and concrete. Even with Israel’s current GPS guided munitions it would require a minimum of three flyovers with the second and third attack using the cavity of the first to ‘dig’ deep enough to destroy the plant.

Achieving an attack of this sort would mean that Israeli planes would have to circle or remain in the area which then requires other aircraft to protect those dropping bombs.

An attack of this magnitude would not be completed just by the air due to these factors as well as others I have not even touched on.

Israel does have submarines, at least three 1,925 ton Type 800 Dolphin class submarines built in Germany.

According to the Global Security website,

These submarines have the capacity to carry anti-ship missiles, mines, decoys and STN Atlas wire-guided DM2A3 torpedoes. The surface-to-surface missiles may include the submarine-launched Harpoon which delivers a 227 kilogram warhead to a range of 130 kilometers at high subsonic speed.

Some reports suggest that the submarines have a total of ten torpedo tubes — six 533-millimeter and four 650-millimeter. Uniquely, the Soviet navy deployed the Type 65 heavy-weight torpedo using a 650-millimeter tube.

The four larger 25.5 inch diameter torpedo tubes could be used to launch a long-range nuclear-capable submarine-launched cruise missile (SLCM).

According to some reports the submarines may be capable of carrying nuclear-armed Popeye Turbo cruise missiles, with a goal of deterring an enemy from trying to take out its nuclear weapons with a surprise attack.

Lastly, is the question of boots on the ground. The last thing Israel would want is to have to have actual troops on the ground that far from home.

The only time in history Israel ever used troops in a country that did not border their own was in 1976 during ‘Operation Thunderbolt’, later re-named ‘Operation Yonatan’ in honor of the only soldier killed, Yonatan Netanyahu, The current Prime Ministers older brother.

That operation, a counter-terrorist hostage-rescue of 102 hostages was carried out by the “Sayaret Matkal” Special Forces of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). An Air France flight was hijacked by Palestinian and German terrorists and taken to Entebbe, near Kampala, the capital of Uganda.

The distance to the Entebbe Airport in Uganda from Israel was over 2500 miles each way and to this day is considered by military experts worldwide as one the greatest military missions in history.

After ‘Operation Yonatan’, the United States military developed highly trained rescue teams that were modeled on the Entebbe rescue.

Even with all the cooperation and training that the U.S. military shares with Israel and visa-versa, this current administration does not want an attack on Iran, especially by Israel.

The Wall Street Journal reported on January 14,

President Barack Obama, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and other top officials have delivered a string of private messages to Israeli leaders warning about the dire consequences of a strike.

Stepping up the pressure, Mr. Obama spoke by telephone on Thursday with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and U.S. Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will meet with Israeli military officials in Tel Aviv next week.

Yes, the U.S. is so concerned over a possible attack on Iran that Obama sent General Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the United States Joint Chiefs of Staff to meet with Israeli leaders last Thursday.

According to all reports, both American and Israeli, the Dempsey visit is an effort to convince Israel to give diplomacy and sanctions more time to stop Iran’s nuclear program.

Given the latest IAEA (The International Atomic Energy Agency) report, waiting will only result in Iran achieving their goal of nuclear weapons.

As the NY Times reminded us in their article ‘U.S. General urges closer ties with Israel’ just last week,

General Dempsey told Reuters in November that Israel and the United States had different perspectives and expectations. Asked whether Israel would alert the United States ahead of time if it chose to go forward with military action, he said he did not know.

Perhaps now with his visit to Israel he can answer that question, but either way it appears that Israel will end up going it alone, as they have done since 1948.

Or should I say since the time of King David, after all, even then with the Star of David on their flag they were truly the first ‘Lone Star State’.

With U.S. debt exceeding 15 trillion dollars, what justifies the use of taxpayer dollars to fund rebuilding of mosques overseas?

The story of the U.S. State Department funding mosques overseas was uncovered in July 2010 when reporter Justin Farmer from ABC affiliate WSBTV Channel 2 in Atlanta Georgia did an investigative report. Farmers’ story focused on how the U.S. was spending its tax payer dollars while supposedly trying to cut the budget.

I’ve written on this in the past, but I think it needs a re-visit. I don’t think that at a time when our own administration, Congress and Senate have to fight just to come to a 2 month budget agreement we as American taxpayers need to be funding mosques overseas.

What’s more, I would bet my Burqa that most Americans have no idea that there hard earned money is going to rebuild mosques.

President Barack Obama announced on January 5, 2012 his administration’s new military strategy, saying it will include cutting at least $487 billion in defense spending.

The U.S. budget is so bad that we need to cut $487 billion in defense spending, but Hillary Clinton signed a check for $770 million from the U.S. State Department’s USAID program to rebuild Egypt’s sewer system. Funny I thought our own infrastructure here in the U.S. is in dire need of repair.

But what was supposed to be a ‘sewer’ rebuild is much more. The USAID website shows both before and after pictures of one such mosque in Cairo, Egypt. It states,

The Saleh Talai Mosque in historic Islamic Cairo, dating back to the 10th century, is now active, and open for prayers and tourists. This mosque suffered for decades from rising groundwater contaminated with sewage.

USAID, as part of its $770 million Cairo Sewerage Program, allocated $2.3 million for lowering the groundwater at the mosque area, replacing the old sewage collector, and providing a healthier environment for people living in the area.

The Washington times reported on other mosques in August 2010 and emphasized how we are paying for “Muslim triumphalism”,

Americans also may be surprised to learn that the United States has been an active participant in mosque construction projects overseas.

In April, U.S. Ambassador to Tanzania Alfonso E. Lenhardt helped cut the ribbon at the 12th-century Kizimkazi Mosque, which was refurbished with assistance from the United States under a program to preserve culturally significant buildings.

The U.S. government also helped save the Amr Ebn El Aas Mosque in Cairo, which dates back to 642. The mosque’s namesake was the Muslim conqueror of Christian Egypt, who built the structure on the site where he had pitched his tent before doing battle with the country’s Byzantine rulers.

For those who think the Ground Zero Mosque is an example of “Muslim triumphalism” glorifying conquest, the Amr Ebn El Aas Mosque is an example of such a monument – and one paid for with U.S. taxpayer funds.

The Same report brought up what can only be called the most important question in this argument. Is it legal for our tax dollars to be used for religious purposes of any kind?

The article reported the answer, yet it never received any traction in the media,

But Section 205.1(d) of title 22 of the Code of Federal Regulations prohibits USAID funds from being used for the rehabilitation of structures to the extent that those structures are used for “inherently religious activities.” It is impossible to separate religion from a mosque; any such projects will necessarily support Islam.

Well, call me doubtful, but I like to see things for myself so I went and read 205.1(d) of title 22 of the Code of Federal Regulations, it states plainly,

(b) Organizations that receive direct financial assistance from USAID under any USAID program may not engage in inherently religious activities, such as worship, religious instruction, or proselytization, as part of the programs or services directly funded with direct financial assistance from USAID.

One does not have to be an Iranian nuclear scientist to understand the above law. It is illegal, period.

But it doesn’t end there; Dr. Laurie Roth wrote in the Canadian Free Press in August 2010,

What I have uncovered is unacceptable, obscene and should be fought at all levels by the American people. Our State Department is using undisclosed amounts of US tax dollars to build and renovate Islamic Mosques in 27 different countries.

They do this under an ‘outreach’ program with the purpose of fostering ‘good will’ in Muslim countries. The state department will not reveal just how much they spend on overseas, foreign programs but a very reliable source told me most likely it is in the hundreds of billions.

Oh, so now it’s only hundreds of billions, no big deal when we are in debt for trillions.

My own research found more than just 27 countries. According to the Associated Press also August 2010,

This year, the Obama administration will spend nearly $6 million to restore 63 historic and cultural sites, including mosques and minarets, in 55 nations, according to State Department documents.

So now it’s 55 countries not 27, but really, what are a few more minarets anyway.

Former Egyptian Muslim and author Nonie Darwish stated during an interview about the U.S. rebuilding mosques, that trying to buy respect in the Middle East only shows our weakness,

“This part of the world has a lot of respect for power and America is not showing its power, it’s showing its appeasement. They are laughing all the way to the bank.”

“We are rebuilding mosques to support the radicals, not to support the moderates. We are building mosques to issue fatwas of death against people like me.”

State Department documents also show that it is providing funding to buy inter-net computer service for the mosques. Darwish had this to say,

“They call us the Great Satan. So, we’re giving them access to really get together against America.”

I have written about Obama’s Muslim Outreach Program several times dating back to July 2010 but as usual each and every time I point out how much this current administration is trying to buy friendships with those that not only don’t like us, but quite frankly would rather see us dead, I get called an Islamaphobe.

The U.S. tax payer dollars continue to flow for projects like this and others. As Jon Christianryter’s website reported,

Fifty-five of sixty-three 2010 grants went to Muslim countries. But some of the grants to non-Muslims countries—like China—were nevertheless used to refurbish mosques or other Islamic artifacts.

My question is who over sees this money once the check is written? Do we or for that matter, our State Department really know how it is being spent?

It’s bad enough that my tax dollars are going to rebuild mosques and minarets, but I want to know that know that none of that money is being used to buy weapons that are being used against our men and women in the military.

I decided to see what I could find that was more current and came upon one such USAID audit. “The Office of Inspector General Audit of USAID/West Bank and Gaza’s Palestinian Health Sector Reform and Development Project”

The audit is the most recent I could find dated January 5, 2012, so barely two weeks old.

I figured this would be a good place to start, tax dollars going to health care in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, surely that money would go towards what it was intended and easily tracked.

In the summary it explains,

In September 2008, USAID awarded a 5-year, $56,907,081 contract to Chemonics International to implement the Palestinian Health Sector Reform and Development Project, known as the Flagship Project, to support efforts to reform the Palestinian health sector.

USAID/West Bank and Gaza provided supplemental funding of $28,529,883 in September 2009, bringing the total contract amount to $85,436,964. Total disbursements for the project as of June 30, 2011, were $49,459,930.

The mission had obligated $61,526,896 for the project as of June 30, 2011.

Under the ‘Audit findings’ section it explains in the first paragraph the importance of “partners” as well as the rules set by USAID,

“When contemplating an alliance approach to achieve a result, it is important to conduct due diligence on potential partners… According to ADS 201.3.11.9, “USAID Missions [Offices] should ensure that host country governments have major involvement in project and activity planning decisions.”

The title of the very first section summed it all up, “USAID/West Bank and Gaza did not establish a reliable partnership with the Minister of Health.” It stated,

Moreover, according to the mission’s health and humanitarian assistance team and the evaluation results, weak oversight by the mission allowed the project team to respond to Ministry requests that may have not been directly in line with the project’s strategic vision.

The audit continues with all the wonderful work that was achieved with our tax dollars,

The unreliable partnership with the Minister of Health developed because of the lack of focus in the original statement of work for the project. USAID/West Bank and Gaza also allowed the relationship to develop in this way by approving whatever the Minister requested, regardless of how the requests fit into the mission’s vision and focus for the project.

“Approving whatever the Minister requested, regardless”?

Makes you wonder what the Minister requested. The outcome of that section of the audit, it gives 3 recommendations so it won’t occur again in the future.

The second section of the audit is simply titled “Some Reported Results Were Not Reliable”.

Really?

I don’t even need to elaborate on this. After explaining the importance on about budget, funding, project direction, and achieved results, it gives 2 more recommendations.

No surprise at the title of the third section, “Contractor Reporting of Achievements Was Sometimes Misleading”. Misleading, would that not be the PC term for Lies? After this section there is of course another recommendation.

Section 4 is titled “Contractor’s Vetting Information Was Incomplete”. In this section it actually stated,

Weaknesses in data accuracy also weaken the project’s efficiency and antiterrorism efforts.

Antiterrorism efforts?

I thought this money was going to health reform and development. Perhaps proper health care will keep people from wanting to blow them up; I’m not sure on that one. At the end of section 4 as expected two more recommendations.

The final part of the audit was the ‘scope’ and it states,

We reviewed compliance by the mission and Chemonics with Executive Order 13224, “Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions with Persons Who Commit, Threaten To Commit, or Support Terrorism,” and with USAID/West Bank and Gaza Mission Order 21, “Anti-Terrorism Procedures.” Our antiterrorism compliance testing included reviews of relevant documentation, such as USAID/West Bank and Gaza’s agreement with Chemonics and eligibility notifications for trainees, subcontractors, and grantees.

I for one am glad that the compliance of “transactions with persons who commit terrorism” was reviewed through relevant documentation, especially since that documentation was provided by the group that “did not establish a reliable partnership”, “reported results that were not reliable”, “reported of achievements that were sometimes misleading” and provided “vetting information that was incomplete”.

Yes, our debt is growing and in the time it took me to write this it has risen over 2 million dollars. But no worries, we will still give money to our enemies to rebuild their mosques; after all we are sitting down with the Taliban, right?

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was Pro-Life

If you would like to learn more aobut his stance on life, please visit MLK & Planned Parenthood Part 1 and MLK & Planned Parenthood Part 2.

In the midst of television, Skype, radio and print interviews this week leading up to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and the March for Life the week after, the media enjoys asking “what would Dr. King say about…?”

What would Dr. MLK say about Michelle Obama being an angry black woman? Uncle M. L. would pray for President Obama and First Lady Obama.

I believe that because Uncle M. L. was a preacher, he would encourage the First Lady to “be angry and sin not.”

Dr. MLK wanted people to love each other, not label and divide each other. As to being angry?

Maybe Mrs. Obama should be angry about the high numbers of abortions in America especially due to the harm being done to Black women and Black babies by the abortion industry.

Maybe as a mother she should be angry about the high rates of school drop outs. Maybe she should be angry about the high rates of women in the welfare system today. Maybe my saying this makes me an angry Black woman?

I believe Uncle M. L. would support personhood, life from conception until natural death. I believe he would be shocked about the high rates of abortion in the Black community, and about the money making abortion industry.

How about the Girl Scouts telling a girl she can’t wear a pro-life t-shirt in the office while she is off duty? Or telling mothers that they have no say in whether a boy can be a girl scout?

Or promoting sexuality and working undercover with Planned Parenthood to promote a Happy, Healthy and Hot campaign. Actually, if you read Uncle M. L.’s Ebony Magazine Advice column, you can see that he would promote life and sexual purity today.

And what about the new Barbie doll campaign for breast cancer awareness? Uncle M. L. would want women to be whole and healthy of course. I just hope that Barbie doesn’t wear the Komen pink ribbon without including the information that abortion, artificial invasive birth control methods and breast cancer are linked. We want our women whole, healthy and happy, not happy, healthy and hot.

These are just a few “hot” issues leading up to what should be a very eventful first month of the new year. We will have a major election later in the year, and I truly believe that Uncle M. L. would encourage people to elect candidates who fear God and respect life.

Friends, in remembering my uncle, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. this season, please pause to consider that he was a man of God, who feared the Lord and cherished His commandments.

Like every human being, he was not perfect, but he served a perfect God. My uncle was pro-life. He was pro-family. He loved everyone.

God bless you!

Boos greeted the post-Rose Parade Occupy protestors on Monday, January 2nd.

Boos and empty bleachers. Traditionally, when the last float, band and equestrian unit in the Rose Parade passes and the parade concludes what follows are janitors scooping up horse manure, along with individuals and groups hyping various political, religious and sundry causes.

As reported in earlier articles at Big Journalism, this year’s post-Rose Parade tag-along included a contingent of “Occupy The Rose Parade” malcontents with a hodgepodge of pathetic “floats”, including a cheesy plastic bag “octopus of greed.”

My video showing the Rose Parade crowd booing the “Occupiers has gone viral. I posted it to Breitbart.tv to show how the Occupods were bullying and harassing regular people trying to leave after the parade had ended.

My sister-in-law took video from the stands at the beginning of the parade route. The crowd had not yet had a chance to disperse following the parade, so they booed the Occupy protesters. Further down the route, the crowd simply dispersed and ignored them.

My husband and daughter also attended the Rose Parade. Afterward when they attempted to get to their car among the dispersing crowds on Colorado Boulevard, they encountered the oncoming Occupy “parades”.

But rather than allow them and other spectators to walk freely, the Occupy mob literally attempted to shove my husband out of the way of their “parade”.

When he didn’t accommodate them, he and my daughter were verbally abused by the Occupiers who walked through them with their banners and silly plastic octopus. And while disgraced lawyer, convicted thief and failed political Democrat candidate claimed a loyal following of 5000, it was obvious that the Occupy mob numbered no more than one or two hundred, many of whom were probably dispersing parade spectators.

The Occupy organizer (supposedly trained in crowd safety) tried to shove my husband out of the way, but like a typical bully he stopped when warned against such behavior.

Then my husband fumbled to begin taping in the middle of the event (thank Steve Jobs for such amateur video protection devices!). His portion of the amateur video starts inside the belly of the beast and is self-explanatory.

The Occupod was angry that someone had used citizen journalism to occupy his parade!

The shameless hypocrisy of the so called 99% is palpable: they believe that they are the only ones entitled on a public street and all others must make way for them.

These are the same people who routinely blocked streets and intersections, disrupted businesses, took over public parks for months, raping and defecating along the way, preventing the free comings and goings of others.

What their behavior demonstrates is the shear arrogance of the Occupy activism, their utter disdain for the law and the rights of others. It is they who are the one percent attempting to dominate with their fringe message of socialist control ably aided by the Make-Believe Media.

GCC/Staff
Dec 29, 2011

My breach with Islam started as far back as I could discern things.

More to the point, I never embraced Islam in the first place, although I was born and raised in a Muslim family.

For one thing, I had a very difficult time following a so-called religion whose founder and followers had butchered my ancestors, raped and sold our women, burned our libraries, and destroyed our magnificent culture.

Islam was forced down the throats of Iranians with the sword of Allah. In my heart, I never considered myself a Muslim.

However, I didn’t reveal this until later in life for fear of retribution by radical Muslims.

Sharia law stipulates that any Muslim who turns his back on Islam should be given a chance to revert to the faith. For an unrepentant male apostate, death is the proscribed punishment and life imprisonment for the female apostate.
“Kill whoever changes his religion.” Sahih al-Bukhari 9:84:57

Islam considers an apostate as a person who unilaterally breaks the covenant he has made with the faith. An apostate is condemned as guilty of turning his back on Allah’s immutable eternal religion.

I came to the realization that the root cause of my peoples’ degradation and suffering was Islam. It was a creed imposed on an enlightened, tolerant and free people at the point of the sword by savages hailing from the Arabian Peninsula during the seventh century with promises of booty and women in this world and glorious eternal sensual rewards in the promised paradise of Allah in the next.

With each passing day, I rejoice more and more in my good fortune; in my ability to avoid the yoke of Islamic slavery and its blinders that imprisons a billion and half people by walls of superstition, hatred of others, and a celebration of death.

Things Islamic not only did not resonate with me, they often clashed head on with what I valued and loved. What appealed to me and even enchanted me were more often than not, taboo in Islam or anathema to the creed.

I loved life, beauty in all its forms, poetry, ancient Iranian culture and traditions. I loved laughter, celebrations of joy such as birthdays; our yearly festivities of Nowruz, my favorite, last for thirteen days.

Nowruz, this ancient festival, has been celebrated for thousands of years by my people; it ushers in the spring, welcomes renewal of life, and expresses optimism for the year ahead to bless us with good health, abundant food, family, and friends in the land of a civilized and free people.

I have always believed one cannot possibly be a Persian and hold to the lofty tenets of the ancient Iranian Zoroastrian triad of good thoughts, good words, good deeds, and remain a Muslim.

In the same fashion, one cannot cherish American values, the Bill of Rights and the rest of the United States Constitution and be a true Muslim. They are comprehensively incompatible with Sharia Law.

Iranian Muslims are victims of the Islamic invasion that has destroyed in them their traditional respect for diversity. It is the Iranian ancient fundamental belief in the validity and value of diversity that is enshrined in the Cyrus the Great Cylinder, the unconditional respect for the complete rights of all the people of the world (an anathema to the Islamists’ credo) that has held the nation together over the millennia.

Although Islam was imposed on Iran some 1,400 years ago, Iranians deeply value their own ancient non-Arab identity and have never fully surrendered to the Arab culture.

Currently, a large number of Iranians are completely fed up with Islam and they want to leave this dogma of hate and violence.

In fact, many already have, but they simply aren’t able to come forward and announce it, for obvious reasons.

Such duplicity exists within the Iranian culture. Originally, Iranians were forced to accept Islam to save their lives from Arab invaders, but deep within the heart of every single Iranian alive today, exists a burning resentment of the Arab-Islamic invasion of their homeland and culture.

It is ironic that many Iranians may actually confess to being Muslims; yet, an overwhelming number of Iranians have never read the Quran or understand its language.

The events in history have toughened present day Iranians. They have become great pretenders. But the totality of 1400 years of Islamic barbarity and savagery must end. We no longer need to pretend that we are practicing Muslims; when in fact, we are not.

Realistically speaking, there is perhaps 10-15 percent of the population that continues to support the clerical system in varying degrees. Many in this group are government employees, Mullahs, and hired thugs such as the Basiji.

Also, the regime has some backers among the poor, the less educated, and the deeply religious.

Yet, the alienation from the regime and Islam spans the entire spectrum of the Iranian society with the intelligentsia and the university students leading the determined opposition to end Islamic rule.

Masses of Iranians are irreparably alienated from a corrupt and oppressive Islamic rule. The rule of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) is crumbling.

The previously solid edifice, or at least the appurtenances of it, is finally showing many cracks that continue to grow. There are just too many fault lines to list here.

My fellow secularist Iranians and I have indeed done, and continue to do, what we can to help our compatriots in Iran, who are on the front line fighting Islam and the Islamic Regime.

The 2009 protests were just as much against the Islamic Republic as they were about Shi’a Islam. In fact, much of it was against Islam itself. People have experienced what a primitive and defective system of belief Islam is and aim to abandon it for good.

Many will still hang on to it to some extent for some time. Yet, a great many would simply leave Islam and even actively oppose it.

There are still those who claim that Muhammad was a messenger from God and the Quran is a divinely revealed book. My suggestion is that they use their intellect and read the Quran fully for themselves without the assumption that the book is the literal word of God and that Muhammad was their messenger.

Without this assumption as their starting point, they will find better than 90% of the book is about violence, threats of hell, exclusion of people, and the like. What kind of God would dictate things like what you find in the Quran? It took Muhammad 20 years to reveal this hodge-podge.

I bemoan the plight of my native land and the people who have suffered and continue to suffer under Islam. Without Islam there wouldn’t be any Muslims to hoist the banner of hate and violence against non-Muslims. A few claim that Islam has done some good in the past.

Well, that’s debatable. There are those who are equally convinced that Islam has inflicted a great deal of suffering on others from its inception to the present. What we all must agree on is that Islam and its sharia laws, at the very least; do not fit in today’s world.

Islam is a creed of a desert people in a primitive and barbaric age. It is fixated in time and place; it harbors the ambition of taking the 21st century world back 14 centuries and ruling it by its dogma of violence, intolerance, injustice and death.

Yet, Islam is not only an obsolete vestige of a defunct era, but itself is an infinitely fractured belief that can hardly put its own home in order.

The numerous Islamic sects are at each other’s throats; sub-sects and schools despise one another as much as they hate non-Muslims. Hatred, not love, drives Islam.

Although many prefer to tackle the militant version of Islam “Islamism,” for all intents and purposes, there is no sharp demarcation between, Islamists, Jihadists and Islamism.

One and all are progeny of Islam itself. Any differences among the three are of degree and not kind. When one addresses Islamism and jihadism, their source is also addressed.

Regrettably, Islam cannot be reformed. Keep in mind that Islam claims it is the perfect eternal faith for mankind. Splits have occurred and will continue to occur in Islam.

Yet, reformation has not happened in nearly 1400 years and is not going to happen. Islam is carved in granite, just the way it is. No change. Allah’s book is sealed.

In the monumental task of dealing with Islam and its variations, every individual, group and government must combine their resources and energies to prevail. We must urge all people to resist Islam’s encroachment and not be deceived by its sanitized version presented in non-Islamic lands.

The destiny of civilized life hangs in the balance. Shirking of this responsibility would be an unpardonable act of every enlightened human being and organization that values human liberty and dignity.

Dec. 25, 2011

Do you know what “Joylogy” means? It is the study of caring, sharing, and listening and Sacrifice.

This was written by Mr. Jeineke in 1975

What is a Joyologist? A joyologist then would be one who studies joy logy. Frankly our world could use a great many joyologists whose mission in life is to actively research the effects of discussing and sharing joy.

The research could branch out into how joy affects our careers, family lives, and friendships. The very act of doing the active research should spread jubilation throughout the world and bring about positive results. What a fun job!

All one needs to start with is to share the words joyism, joy logy, and joyologis with others. Use the words daily and make them a part of the world’s vocabulary.

The upcoming year is going to challenge us all. Here is something we need to think, this is from an unknown reader. It is called: Gifts That Won’t Cost You Thing

By Unknown

THE GIFT OF LISTENING…

But you must REALLY listen. No interrupting, no daydreaming, no planning your response. Just listening.

THE GIFT OF AFFECTION…

Be generous with appropriate hugs, kisses, pats on the back and handholds.
Let these small actions demonstrate the love you have for family and friends.

THE GIFT OF LAUGHTER…

Clip cartoons. Share articles and funny stories.
Your gift will say, “I love to laugh with you.”

THE GIFT OF A WRITTEN NOTE…

It can be a simple “Thanks for the help” note or a full sonnet.
A brief, handwritten note may be remembered for a lifetime, and may even change a life.

THE GIFT OF A COMPLIMENT…

A simple and sincere,
“You look great in red,” “You did a super job” or “That was a wonderful meal” can make someone’s day.

THE GIFT OF A FAVOR…

Every day, go out of your way to do something kind.

THE GIFT OF SOLITUDE…

There are times when we want nothing better than to be left alone.
Be sensitive to those times and give the gift of solitude to others.

THE GIFT OF A CHEERFUL DISPOSITION…

The easiest way to feel good is to extend a kind word to someone, really it’s not that hard to say, Hello or Thank You.

Source: Joyology

Here is a poem that I wrote just for our readers, for this blessed Christmas season. I hope that you will pass this around to all your friends.

It is called Christmas Prayer for all Mankind:

Dear loving God

On this precious day……,

We humbly beg you…..,

To send a blessing…..,

Throughout the world…..,

While we celebrate Christmas……,

And praise Jesus’ birth…..!!!

Let all mankind…..

Continue to prosper……

While helping everyone…..

To work towards……,

Bringing everlasting peace……

Into our lives forever….!

Amen….!
