Perhaps one of the most despicable attacks by the elite media on a Floridian supporter of Newt Gingrich will be the opening salvo of the Obama Administration’s attempt to use race as a campaign issue.

In recent weeks, Speaker Gingrich has been asking for $2.50 donations for his campaign.  One donor, Sammy Sanford from Florida, was the 175,000th donor.  Newt Gingrich called him to thank him, and the you tube clip was widely circulated.

It was particularly dear to those of us who know Sam, because he has been fighting cancer.  He wants a better future for his grandchildren.  He also lost a good friend recently, named Andrew Breitbart.  The video clip was a well timed high moment in Sammy’s life.

Then enters Charlie Spiering, a contemptible writer at the Washington Examiner.  Apparently lacking material for a column, he decides to take a screen shot of a post by Sammy Sanford and attempts to make it a race baiting issue.

This is a clear attempt on the part of Spiering, originally from that multi-cultural Mecca of Wyoming, to spark the beginnings of a race baiting.

I’ve been friends with Sammy on Face book for a long time… and he is not a racist at all.  If nothing else, his comment highlights the ultimate irony.

Barack Obama is hardly from an impoverished background, and never lived in the likes of Caprini Green or Pruitt–Igor as many of us did.

Yet he claims to be an advocate for those who come from that back ground. Don’t you think it is ironic that a rich kid would take that role?

The public housing that Barack Obama knows, the White House, is far removed from the realities of public housing known by many other Americans.

As a black man, the only public housing Obama appears to have ever lived in was the White House.  It was NOT the public housing with which most in the urban areas are familiar.

On what planet would YOU, the media, presume Sam meant because Obama was black, but his “blackness” is merely a side note. Perhaps it is because Barack Obama is a “rich kid” from Hawaii trying to act like he is “all down in the hood.”

Obama is NOT from the hood, he only had friends from there, and those friends were made via political expediency, not out of a natural consequence of his life in poor neighborhoods.

The populist cause maintains that there are two forms of government hand out: one for the rich, like corporate jet owners, and one for the poor, and that the middle class is left out in the cold, wanting, waiting with no voice, no say, no hold in the matter.

The populist cause knows no color except green and red. And right now sir, all most of us see when we see Obama is red. Red from Debt. Red from Communism.

Red from the inflated high gas prices.

Red from told from an elite media what to believe, what to think, what to eat, what can be said and not said.

Obama DOES live in public housing. The White House DOES belong to the American People. We, the American People, are his landlords.

There is a consequence to Barack Obama living in public housing. He doesn’t have to pay rent. He doesn’t have to pay a mortgage.

Therefore, his personal budget is protected from the winds of economic change that are sweeping the land. That wind began as a tepid breeze, but by November it will be a right chilly Nor’easter.

Barack Obama doesn’t have a CLUE about what the average American is going through right now. He is a spoiled rich brat. It isn’t his race. It is his social class, his attitude, and his disdain for those in the Grange movement that supported him then he turned around and abandoned and scorned.

There is also another consequence, and that consequence will be in November 2012, when the American people serve Barack Obama an eviction notice.

Does Barack Obama wish to know how we, as populist, see him? We see him no different than Gov. Romney. Funny how the journalist in question here does not pick up on all the Anti-Romney posts by Sammy… and all the other posts that are negative toward many in the Republican Party who fail to uphold the cause of liberty and freedom.

He picks one post and ASSUMES intent. That is because he is a liberal elite, one who has long forgotten the treeless knolls of freedom afforded in Wyoming, and has become part of an establishment who see race defining issues rather otherwise.

It is ironic that Barack Obama, as a black man living in public housing defends the rich, while waging criticisms of those who fight for the average America.

It is ironic.

Barack Obama clearly would not have the foggiest idea how a cancer patient raising his granddaughter would make ends meet, and neither would Mitt Romney.

Those among the upper class do get a higher form of welfare and a higher hand out. Those who received benefits from Green Technology… their only color is green. Americans thought green energy meant environmentally friendly, not green from payoffs and ripping off the American public.

That makes me see red, and I think I am not the only person in America who is so predisposed to see that color when we consider those green pay-offs. We see red when we see Obama, because of his cronyism and fiscal irresponsibility.

We see red when we think of his deceptive practices, and we see red when we consider the same policies of Mitt Romney.

What I find Ironic, is that a friend of Andrew Breitbart is one of the first victims of the Race Card. Well, Andrew left me a whistle factory, and I am blowing my whistle, Charlie Spiering. Can you hear my whistle???

Why have you given Bill Maher a pass?  Now that is Irony right?

A presumably conservative columnist giving a liberal a free pass on race?

Here is more irony for you all: How about the most anti-gun President (in terms of beliefs and stated positions) has popularized gun ownership more than any other President? I mean really, should Obama get some kind of salesmanship award from the NRA?

I find it ironic that Secretary Chu does not drive a car, and is thus, in no way able to perceive the impact of $5.00+gas prices on a family’s budget.

I find it ironic that Sec. Tim Geithner, who didn’t file taxes, is in charge of the UST.

I find it ironic that Eric Holder fails to uphold the law.  That irony is based on the word “hold,” not on his color.

It is ironic that Barack Obama, a rich brat from Hawaii, attempts to take upon himself the mantle of the poor in his defense against Mitt Romney, another rich brat.

Amazingly, both men seem to think that I will love them once I know them. Amazing, these two men are the only two men who have not personally called me to ask for my support.

Noting irony is nothing more than that, a literary exercise from the mind of a critical thinker. That is what Sam is, a critical thinker. His intellectual acumen and insight is hands above that of refuting the Media’s Attack on a Floridian Grandfather.

His intellectual prowess and astute observation has provided hours of levity in an otherwise bleak and dismal world, and is far superior to anything that Charlie Spiering has spawned lately. Of course, Sammy’s followers number almost 20,000. I wonder if Charlie Spiering can boast the same numbers.

Of course, Sammy does it for his own pleasure. I wonder how much Mr. Spiering sold out for.  I’d say that the Washington Examiner is being taken to the cleaners.  Now that is ironic!

It is not too different the irony of a Professor who lives on a government salary at a university teaching free market economics, right?

Or perhaps someone who believes that birth control causes infidelity voting to fund it while lamenting the morals of America, right?

Or how about the irony that the most conservative candidate in the race is supported by Michael Moore via Operation Hilarity, that is irony, right?

Or that a former governor of MA claims to be “severely conservative,” and then sites statistics that undermine the whole proposition.

It is like the irony of the Governor who implemented the test fun of Obama care is promising to repeal it after stumping on a mandate for nearly 7 years, right?

Irony abounds in this election cycle. It isn’t just one candidate, it can be found in all of the candidates.  In this cycle, all are roasted to some good measure, thanks to Gov. Romney’s money, Ron Paul’s creativity, and Barack Obama’s greed.

Yet many of us see Newt as the best in the field, and critical thinking, not emotional appeal, is what many of us to that conclusion.  But even if you disagree with Sammy’s conclusions, I think anyone can see that this media attack on someone who contributed $2.50 to Newt’s campaign is an outrage.

I am Andrew Breitbart. I am blowing the whistle.
