We at the Chronicle are calling the Texas Incumbent Governor’s race in favor of Governor Rick Perry. In a relative low turnout race for the Republicans Perry easily defeated his Opponents.
On the Democrat side Ex-Houston Mayor Bill White I am calling as the winner for the Democrats in the primary.
This now moves to the General in which a spirited race will be run by both Candidates. Mayor Bill White has his work cut out for him to take the top Seat in the State of Texas since a Democrat has not held the Governors seat for the past 20 years.
