Historically, the mightiest and most commanding of all civilizations have shared analogous characteristics.

The average survival rate for each of these societies has been approximately 200 years, as recorded by British Professor Alexander Tyler, many decades ago, when writing of the Athenian Republic.

According to Tyler, the result of man’s maturity and progress through time is easily depicted in the sequence of events below:

The Professor asserted that a democracy is unable to permanently exist as ‘solo’ form of government, once it’s discovered that human beings can vote for handouts from the public treasury, but that it will easily crumble at the feet of diffuse fiscal spending only to be followed by dictatorship.

What does this say about the current situation, here in America?

Following a manipulative process, fraught with fraud, irresponsible press and funded by the Shadow Party’s Soros, on January 20th, 2008, Officials leading the United States and its constituent state governments perpetuated a major procedural error by allowing an unqualified candidate to seek and attain the highest office in the land.

They failed to uphold their US Constitutional requirements to insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the basic elements of liberty according to the intentions of the Founding Fathers as expressed in their earliest papers.

Constitutional requirements are clear, yet have been largely ignored, poked fun at and ridiculed for daring to demand that our most sacred regulatory process be respected and upheld.

Lawsuits thrown out, appeals denied, justice mocked as this Administration, Congress, Senate and Supreme Court go about their business of dismantling America, brick by brick.

This unconstitutional attempt to machinate and redirect our Republic into some other form of government is preposterous.

Will we remain a nation of laws, or shall we become like our neighbors in Europe, taxed without choice or representation, all services nationalized, further rolling out the welcome mat for Shar’iah law and the western penetration of Islam?

In a letter to James Warren, dated November 4, 1775 Samuel Adams declared that ‘No people will tamely surrender their Liberties, nor can any be easily subdued, when knowledge is diffused and Virtue is preserved.

On the Contrary, when People are universally ignorant, and debauched in their Manners, they will sink under their own weight without the Aid of foreign Invaders’

One thing is for certain: with and since 2008’s election, America’s masses have reawakened.

But then, Jefferson did say that very generation needs a new revolution.

Statistics rarely give an accurate portrayal of the state of children’s rights in America and in fact, according to Jeffrey Bennett, former mayor of Corona, California, fatal child battery and abuse has risen at least 40 % since 1992.

I was first introduced to this horrific reality in 2001 when researching a case in the Pacific Northwest and sadly, the situation has not improved for our Nation’s kids.

Recently I heard about Juliette Geurts, a two-year old twin from Gering, Nebraska, who died as a result of blunt force trauma to the head as well as a four-inch laceration to the liver that caused internal bleeding.

At the time of her death, three adults were present in the tiny home, her mother (CHARYSE GEURTS) and both of the Mother’s boyfriends (DUSTIN CHAUNCEY AND BRANDON TOWNSEND)

The investigation into this child’s murder has been weak at best. No one sealed the crime scene until five days following her death, her twin was not taken into protective custody until four days following Juliette’s murder and since her killing, and all three people of interest have fled town and apparently prosecution.

(CHARYSE GEURTS HAS RELOCATED TO SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS AND GIVEN BIRTH TO YET ANOTHER CHILD, A FEMALE WHO STILL LIVES WITH THE MOTHER. BOTH MEN NOW LIVE IN COLORADO)

To add insult to injury it’s widely known that one month prior to Juliette’s killing, DUSTIN CHAUNCEY was involved in another horrible event (he attacked another person with a baseball bat) which resulted in a short stint in prison. Guess who drove the car that delivered Chauncey to the attack?  

CHARYSE GEURTS. No charges were filed against her; she was never even questioned although she’s confirmed as being ‘present’ in the police report.

This woman had two men living with her and her twin toddlers in a tiny home, knowing that at least one of them had violent tendencies and a hair-trigger temper. No one has questioned her in Juliette’s murder nor have they bothered to question either man.

How is this possible?

(When Jaelyn was taken into custody, four days after Juliette’s killing, it was noted that she had large bruises on her neck as though someone had grabbed her.

Still no investigation although Jaelyn is in the custody of her paternal grandparents in Wisconsin and her Father, although as a Soldier, he’s in Afghanistan and must deal with this from afar)

Is anyone wondering yet how this can happen? How the authorities could be so incompetent as to allow this to continue on in such a disgusting fashion?  

DAVE WARNER, local attorney and aspiring politician (running unchallenged) not only has no answers for the victim’s family, he is refusing to release the police report and related information so they can investigate on their own or have closure.

Countless phone calls, emails and letters have been sent and filed on Juliette’s behalf, to no avail. No one seems very interested in attaining justice for this child.

I received this in an e-mail today, that I would like to share with you.

Brigitte Gabriel regularly speaks out about a three week Islam course used in some public schools, which sanitizes the history of Islam and is essentially a proselytizing tool that requires students to memorize verses from the Qur’an and say the Islamic Shahabad, the words spoken when one becomes a Muslim.

The issue is not teaching about religion. It is appropriate for our schools to teach children, in an evenhanded and factual way, about the major religions of the world, as this is integral part of world history.

The issue is how Islam is so often presented.

We are so concerned about this problem that earlier this year our “sister” organization, American Congress for Truth, retained a top-notch research team to investigate this.

The team is currently analyzing school textbooks for factual errors, historical inaccuracies, preferential treatment given to Islam, and the like.

The culmination of the project next year will be a written report that we will make available online as well as mail to every school board member in America.

HS test ‘slams’ Christianity, lauds Islam

State tentmakers played favorites when quizzing high-schoolers on world religions — giving Islam and Buddhism the kid-gloves treatment while socking it to Christianity, critics say.

Teachers complain that the reading selections from the Regents exam in global history and geography given last week featured glowing passages pertaining to Muslim society but much more critical essay excerpts on the subject of Christianity.

“There should have been a little balance in there,” said one Brooklyn teacher who administered the exam but did not want to be identified.

“To me, this was offensive because it’s just so inappropriate and the timing of it was piss-poor,” he added, referring to the debate over the plan to build a mosque near Ground Zero.

The most troubling passage came from Daniel Roselle’s “A World History: A Cultural Approach,” observers said.

The passage reads: “Wherever they went, the Moslems [sic] brought with them their love of art, beauty and learning.

From about the eighth to the eleventh century, their culture was superior in many ways to that of western Christendom.”

Meanwhile, an excerpt listing the common procedures used by Christian friars to introduce the religion in Latin America stated that “idols, temples and other material evidences of paganism [were] destroyed,” and “Christian buildings [were] often constructed on sites of destroyed native temples” — and built with free Indian labor, to boot.

“I can see why some people might see these questions as skewed,” said Mark MacWilliams, a religious-studies professor at St. Lawrence University in upstate Canton.

“Why does the exam seem to have only documents that portray Islam as a religion of peace, civilization and refinement, while it includes documents about Christianity that show it was anything but peaceful in the Spanish conquest of the Americas?”

At the same time, MacWilliams criticized the presentation of Hernando Cortes’ conquest of Mexico — which he said portrayed him as a “choirboy” rather than a “conquistador.” “It’s quite a whitewash,” he said.

Some other religious-studies experts contacted by The Post said they didn’t see what the fuss was all about.

“[The] selections seem about equal in terms of being historically/culturally focused, all relatively positive about the contributions made by each religion as it was introduced into various societies,” wrote Barbara Sproul, an associate professor of religion at Hunter College in Manhattan.

Yet Michael Dobkowski, chair of Religious Studies at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in upstate Geneva, asserted that it was only Christianity for which both positive and negative aspects were highlighted.

“Some [essays] suggest a kind of Christian triumphalism and the desire to convert the other that is not present in the treatment of Islam,” he said.

“My impression is that there is certainly a divergence of approaches and impressions that should not appear in a Regents exam of this caliber.”

State education officials said that every effort had been made to present accurate historical information through the excerpts.

They said the questions had been developed over a four-year period and require students to use their own knowledge of social studies to produce answers.

They added that they weren’t aware of any complaints about the exam.

The Muslim reading:

* “Some of the finest centers of Moslem life were established in Spain. In Cordova, the streets were solidly paved, while at the same time in Paris people waded ankle-deep in mud after a rain.

Cordovan public lamps lighted roads for as far as ten miles; yet seven hundred years later there was still not a single public lamp in London!”

The Christian reading: Common Procedures used by Friars in Converting Areas in Spanish America:

* “Idols, temples and other material evidences of paganism destroyed.”

* “Christian buildings often constructed on sites of destroyed native temples in order to symbolize and emphasize the substitution of one religion by the other.”

* “Indians supplied construction labor without receiving payment.”

* “In a converted community, services and fiestas were regularly held in the church building.”

This has been on my mind for quite some time and I’ve shared it with others, like-minded friends and loved ones.  It’s been a very difficult year for most Americans. 

Our Government passed bill after bill, admitting that they are not bothering to take the time to read them first let alone keep the promise of posting them online for our perusal prior to voting. 

Fascinating that Our President has the time to play his routine 18 holes of golf, travel more than any other Leader in our history yet doesn’t have time to read bills or explain his actions to the taxpaying public.

(But then as a wonderfully logical friend pointed out, we’re safer with him golfing because then he’s not writing new policy!)

My true message is we have been sitting on a gold mine since 1969 and the leaders in our party are probably as clueless about this as I was. 

To what do I refer?  Domestic Oil Wells.  Most American oil wells were capped in the late 60′s. (including my families)

Back in 2004, while talking with the tax assessor’s office in Louisiana and Texas, I started poking around for statistics and learned that there are THOUSANDS of similar wells that were capped at/around the same time (late 1960′s) that are still full of oil and/or natural gas that feasibly could easily be a prime source of fuel for America. 

Engineers have been continuing to work on the uncapping process although it’s tricky especially in this political climate but it truly has me wondering…if our government can pass a bill that allows universal healthcare, reporting of mental health records into a database, regulation of firearms, potential regulation of talk radio, potential dumping down of our credit system, the most draconian regulatory physician mandates ever to be allowed in the United States – certainly we can get the fuel companies to allow the following to happen for the greater good:

If a BIPARTISAN Government trust was housed with a trustworthy party, such as a non-Government controlled think tank (not one funded by George Soros, thank you very much). 

No payouts to the oil companies but their taxes would be reduced greatly and their cooperation would be required. 

By pooling the thousands of trusts together, uncapping the wells (not to mention drilling offshore and in other areas holding fuel sources) and allowing our own resources to be pooled from our own nation, we are doing the following:

1.  CONTROLLING THE COST OF FUEL

2.  ELIMINATING THE NEED FOR FORIEGN FUEL

3.  CREATING A POT FOR CLEAN EMISSIONS/FUEL

4.  ELIMINATING ALL DEBT/PLUS THE IMPENDING DEBT FROM Tarp II

(Not to mention, we CAN and SHOULD close all borders incoming and outgoing Southern and Northern until ALL undocumented workers are accounted for. In California alone, it accounts for 50 % of the dollar deficit and this is unacceptable when the cost is being picked up by the taxpaying public.) 

ONCE PAID?

1.  GOVERNMENT IS FLUSH WITH CASH TO REBUILD – UNDER STRICT SCRUTINY FROM THE PEOPLE

2… FAMILIES WHO OWN THE WELLS GET TO ENJOY THEM

3.  GOVERNMENT WOULD REPAY THE FAMILIES 2 % TO FAMILIES FOR BORROWING AGAINST WELLS AND FAMILIES WOULD NEVER PAY TAXES AGAIN (WE WOULDN’T HAVE ACCESS TO FUNDS WHILE WELLS ARE BEING USED)

4.  GOVERNMENT WOULD BUILD A ‘GREAT WALL OF CHINA’ STYLE WALL AROUND THE BORDER TO MEXICO AND PUT NATIONAL GUARD ON THE BORDER WITH IMMEDIATE ORDERS TO SHOOT ANYONE WHO VIOLATES ORDERS TO STAY AWAY.  MEXICO’S DRUG WAR IS OUT OF CONTROL AND OUR SAFETY MUST COME FIRST, PERIOD.

Currently, none of this is able to happen, because different Gas companies hold the mineral rights to different wells in various parts of the company and the Government has a strangle-hold on uncapping and new drilling - THIS IS INAPPROPRIATE. 

This infantile attitude is holding up progress in our nation and keeping a fundamental area of economics from development that could seal up several areas.  Now don’t you wonder why they would do this?

MONEY.  It’s greed. Pure greed. It’s time to put the greed aside and force them to work together for the good of the people. And NOT put Barney Frank, Pelosi or any of the rest of them in the middle of it. Case in Point? Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. Disaster.  

This is one area where touching one’s cloak will not fix things, it must be bipartisan and not on someone else’s dime. 

Part of the problem is our ‘leaders’ are NOT business people and are so used to collecting paychecks whether or not they are useful on the job.

This is extremely unproductive and not good for the business of America.

Yes, it’s ‘that’ time again! Every ten years, our privacy is invaded by demanding that we participate in the U.S. Census. Although the forms are invasive and ridiculous, per the constitution, the ONLY required question is “How many persons reside in your home?” (the rest is optional, whether to provide a response…or not.)

As we’re in a financial crisis that rivals that during the Second World War, unemployment off the charts and the only industry truly growing being the Government (which WE pay for) I’d like to know who authorized $132 million in spending for an insane census media campaign that translates to 28 languages?

Why are they spending $2.5 million for a single ad that will play once during Superbowl Sunday? have they lost their minds?

And how much was Ed Begley Jr paid for participating in the ad? how much of the budget did his ‘salary’ eat up?

Although only 67 % participated in the 2000 Survey, and Americans can be fined up to $5,000 for ignoring the request, no one has been held accountable, thus far, for avoiding the forms/questions.

It seems that if we’re required to comply with the Census of 2010, perhaps first they should require our ‘President’ to provide his own papers first?

As our ‘Commander-in-Chief,’ leadership by example is important and as such, I’d like to see the Obama’s answer a few questions.

The New York Attorney Generals office stated its intention to file civil charges against Bank of America, including former CEO (dirtbag) Ken Lewis, saying the bank lied to investors about Merrill Lynch when it acquired the Wall Street bank in late 2008.

Also in hot water, with civil charges pending is Joe Price, head of BOA’s Consumer Banking Division, formerly the CFO. Parallel to Cuomo filing civil charges is the SEC who has finally reached an agreement ($150 million) with the banking giant in an effort to settle those charges for similar allegations of misconduct.

BOA not only failed to properly disclose bonuses paid to bank employees but also their losses prior to closing the deal. Cuomo’s accusations include deceit of shareholders and the federal government.

What really stings is that they received additional $20 billion in government bailouts in 2009 to help offset losses it absorbed in the Merrill Lynch deal, money they’ve since repaid in full. Their spokesperson is naturally defending the charges, saying they ‘acted in good faith’ but we’ll see.

This is the bank that got piles of bailout money and passed out checks to employees but had difficulty cashing refund checks in California. Something definitely stinks at Bank of America

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) announced recently its’ intent to purchase sixty Remington Model 870 Police RAMAC #24587 12 gauge pump-action shotguns for the Criminal Investigation Division.

They’re asking for ‘quotes’ that would include the 11 % Firearms and Ammunition Excise Tax (FAET) and shipping to Washington DC.

Could it be that they’re going after Government employees, Congress people and others in lofty places who haven’t paid their taxes? (more than three billion dollars in delinquent tax payments is due JUST from Federal employees) all, they do represent an enormous percentage of the revenue gap…from USPS employees, which represents the largest delinquent pool to the Head of the IRS himself, Tim Geithner.

Perhaps they’re anticipating an even larger delinquency in tax revenue payments, brought on by the Government’s refusal to represent the People, forcing socialist program after program, passing legislation that promises to pile debt on our Grandkids and compiling a Czar pool that reeks of Communist Russia?

After all, taxes are paid by those very people employing the institution that reinforces such rules, are they not? And when the Government quits working for individuals (as they have) might it be that taxpaying Americans have chosen to ….stop (gulp) supporting these socialist, anti-American endeavors?

Interesting idea. But keep in mind that tax dollars also support our teachers, police force, fire fighters and other services that aren’t abusive to the American people. withholding tax payments won’t force this Administration to ‘change’ it’s more likely to force budget cuts to needed services while waste continues in other areas.

It’s imperative to vote in decent people, force fraud out of Washington and use your voices to enact change.

Ok, no disrespect intended, but America’s love affair with political correctness is over the top, and let’s faces it, retarded end of discussion. Handled like something out of the Special Olympics Manual for THE SLOW” (if that hurts your feelings, get over it, it’s time our Nation considers a ‘new’ policy on ‘Reality’).

We live in this wussified Nation with weenie Americans who cannot tolerate truth of any kind. Will not allow anyone to talk about Christ in our children’s schools because that is against the neighbor’s right to ‘choose’ THEIR OWN RELIGION. They may be a Jewish person or may practice Wicca or perhaps they are Amish, catholic, Satanist or an atheist.

If they are a Muslim, they are allowed to talk about their ideology, however, and discussing that slideshow is permitted for whatever reason it doesn’t seem to objectify church and state.

Interesting no one seems to be ‘concerned’ about the alien enemies act and the FACT that Islam violates ALL KINDS OF OTHER TREATIES AND ACTS…..and we shouldn’t have any of these people on our soil for ANY reasons whatsoever.

I’m very much with REAGAN for many reasons I’ve covered previously……(oh, gee – there is just something so very OFFENSIVE and extremely UNSAVORY about a group of THUGS who have endeavored to KILL US since the beginning of time??  But really, Need I say much More??

Yes, I am a citizen, I have NOT hidden my birth certificate, and I’ve used ONE social security card my entire life! Not dozens like SOME people!

Especially when the latest one, the ‘Safe School Czar ‘admired Harry Hay who ‘felt’ it was perfectly ‘ok’ to engage in oral sex with children as young as eighteen months old – nice try, Mr. President, but how on earth did you think you were going to sneak THIS appointment past the watchful eyes of the public?
