May 9, 2011

Bin Laden is dead; he’s not dead. He shot at our SEALs; he wasn’t armed.

His wife was killed; she was shot in the leg. Photos will be released; they won’t be shown. With all this back and forth are we losing sight of the big picture?

Talk about conspiracy theories. We have all heard the varying and changing accounts of the death of Bin Laden and undoubtedly this will continue for weeks and months and even years to come.

There is an old, wise Yiddish Proverb that says “What you don’t see with your eyes, don’t invent with your mouth”. Our current administration should consider this before any of them speak.

Throughout Israel’s history each and every time any incident occurred where Israel was suspect, Israeli officials always say the same thing.

Whether or not Israel had the slightest involvement the answer is always the same. “No comment”.

Vice President Joe Biden started this whole mess and now it is never ending.

Last Sunday, President Barack Obama announced that “a small team of Americans” had killed Osama bin Laden. It was a short and vague description and that is where it should have ended.

But then at a dinner at Washington’s Ritz Carlton Hotel marking the 50th anniversary of the Atlantic Council, Biden stated,

“Let me briefly acknowledge tonight’s distinguished honorees. Admiral James Stavridis is a, is the real deal. He can tell you more about and understands the incredible, the phenomenal, the just almost unbelievable capacity of his Navy SEALs and what they did last Sunday.”

He also stated,

“Folks, I’d be remiss also if I didn’t say an extra word about the incredible events, extraordinary events of this past Sunday.

As Vice President of the United States, as an American, I was in absolute awe of the capacity and dedication of the entire team, both the intelligence community, the CIA, the SEALs. It just was extraordinary.”

Certainly we all want to know what really happened and how, we would love to see pictures or better yet, a video from start to finish.

We would love to talk to and interview the men that were there, but there is a reason that they call it classified.

My concern is of a different problem. While everyone is playing armchair quarter back and guessing this, that and the other, and all of the media is scrambling to uncover what they can about this operation, are we missing perhaps greater and bigger issues?

It seems whenever a story such as this arises, our media loses sight of everything else. I know this is a big story; it will end up being one of the biggest since the assassination of Kennedy, but let’s not lose sight of the big picture.

Al-Qaeda will have a successor; it may be Ayman al-Zawahri, Osama bin Laden’s deputy commander. It could be Anwar al-Awlaki, the U.S. born cleric who is the mastermind behind several terror atrocities and the leader of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.

The point is the war on terror (the one our administration says doesn’t exist) and that of al-Qaeda is far from over just because Bin Laden is dead. In all likelihood it will get worse before it gets better.

Interestingly, last year on May 26, John Brennan, the chief counterterrorism advisor to the President, explained that our enemy is not terrorism.

He made this statement at the CSIS (Center for Strategic and International Studies) in which he announced that President Obama would be releasing his National Security Strategy the next day.

“The President’s strategy is absolutely clear about the threat we face. Our enemy is not ‘terrorism’ because terrorism is but a tactic.

Our enemy is not ‘terror’ because terror is a state of mind and as Americans we refuse to live in fear. Nor do we describe our enemy as ‘jihadists’ or ‘Islamists’ because jihad is a holy struggle, a legitimate tenet of Islam, meaning to purify oneself or one’s community, and there is nothing holy or legitimate or Islamic about murdering innocent men, women and children.”

However, just a day after the Bin Laden raid John Brennan stated at a press conference,

“I think the accomplishment that very brave personnel from the United States government were able to realize yesterday is a defining moment in the war against al Qaeda, the war on terrorism, by decapitating the head of the snake known as al Qaeda.”

Hmmm.

So which is it Mr. Brennan?

Are we or are we not at war with terror? But I digress.

May 4, just 3 days after the death of Bin Laden a story broke out of San Diego. Local ABC affiliate channel 10 news broke the story with the following headline, “Terrorist Group Setting up Operations near Border, Hezbollah Considered to Be More Advanced than Al-Qaida”.

According to the article and video,” a former U.S. intelligence agent told 10News,

“We are looking at 15 or 20 years that Hezbollah has been setting up shop in Mexico”.

The article explained,

Now, the group is blending into Shi’a Muslim communities in Mexico, including Tijuana. Other pockets along the U.S.-Mexico border region remain largely unidentified as U.S. intelligence agencies are focused on the drug trade.

The former agent continued,

“They are recognized by many experts as the ‘A’ team of Muslim terrorist organizations.”

“Their operators are far more skilled … they are the equals of Russians, Chinese or Cubans,” he said. “I consider Hezbollah much more dangerous in that sense because of strategic thinking; they think more long-term.”

He tracked, along with Mexican intelligence, two Hezbollah operatives in safe houses in Tijuana and Durango,

“I confirmed the participation of cartel members as well as other Hezbollah individuals living and operating out of there,” he said.

Was this on any national network? Was it seen on any other channel?

Why was this not the headline on every major network? Because we have taken our eye off the ball and were too busy trying to over analyze everything about the Bin Laden raid.

I have written and lectured on Hezbollah at length. According to the United States Council on Foreign Relations, they are responsible for five major terrorist attacks against the U.S. and Israel, including the 1983 suicide truck bombing of the U.S. Marines barracks in Beirut, Lebanon in which 241 U.S. servicemen were murdered.

Hezbollah was the first group to use suicide bombing. They are also one of the first terror groups to utilize assassination, and capturing as tactics against foreign soldiers in the Middle East.

Back in 2008, Ynet news reported on the internal Homeland Security Threat Assessment for the years 2008-2013,

Homeland Security Threat Assessment for the years 2008-2013 says Hezbollah may foment terror attack in US if there is some kind of ‘triggering’ event. ‘The threat of terrorism and the threat of extremist ideologies have not abated,” Chertoff says.

The article went on quoting the report,

Terrorists will continue to try to evade US border security measures and place operatives inside the mainland to carry out attacks, the 38-page assessment said.

It also said that they may pose as refugees or asylum seekers or try to exploit foreign travel channels such as the visa waiver program, which allows citizens of 34 countries to enter the US without visas.

Or perhaps they will just come across our southern border like the hundreds of thousands of others have?

On December 15 of last year a Kuwaiti professor made a video in which he was excited to share these thoughts,

“Four pounds of anthrax – in a suitcase this big – carried by a fighter through tunnels from Mexico into the US are guaranteed to kill 330,000 Americans within a single hour, if it is properly spread in population centers there. What a horrifying idea! 9/11 will be small change in comparison. Am I right?

There is no need for airplanes, conspiracies, timings, and so on. One person, with the courage to carry four pounds of anthrax will go to the White House lawn and will spread this “confetti” all over them, and then will do these cries of joy. It will turn into a real celebration.”

He also explained the following,

“Al-Qaeda has laboratories just like Hezbollah. Hezbollah has laboratories in South Lebanon in which it produces weapons and sells them. Hezbollah has laboratories in South Lebanon from which it sells weapons to Romania and Hungary.”

Maybe we ought to be more concerned with those that are still alive and planning our death rather than examining the death of another.

GCC/Staff
Apr. 26, 2011

The United States of America has always been a symbol to other nations around the world.

We are seen as a beacon of hope, whether it be for those who plan on migrating here in search of opportunity (legally, of course) or it be as a nation that stands up for those who need aid in times of trouble and peril (such as the tsunami that hit Indonesia in 2004).

One of the major reasons that America can be that symbol is because of a strong leader at the helm. But with the presidency of Barack Obama, one may often ask: Is there a point to his presidency?

In a piece in the National Review, Jonah Goldberg writes how Obama has become increasingly unhappy with his current position as POTUS. He (Obama) complains of how the Oval Office doesn’t have any “fancy buttons and stuff and the big screen,” as if the Oval Office is supposed to be like the Bat Cave (to steal a reference Goldberg made in his piece).

When hearing this, it’s easy to echo Goldberg’s sentiment: If you hate the job, don’t run for it. And yet, despite his constant complaining, Obama is running for a second term. But why?

He doesn’t get a cool office. He doesn’t get to sleep in on Saturday mornings or go for walks. So why take a second swing at it? Even more so, what is he going to run on?

He could take his flagship issue and run proudly on it: healthcare reform. But wait, that legislation is vastly unpopular, and several states are challenging in court, and several federal judges have already deemed it unconstitutional; that may not work out well. What about his keen work dealing with other nations around the world?

Well, no; it took nine days to respond to a thousand civilian deaths in Libya when protesters spoke out against Qaddafi, and after a month of protests and violence toward Syrian protesters, Obama finally condemned the violence, and he was in favor of keeping Mubarak before he was in favor of ousting him.

That may not work either. How about his quick response to major events? Well, we covered Libya and Syria, and it took the White House over 50 days to respond to the Gulf oil spill last year.

So what else is there? Perhaps Obama needs to go back to his roots and fight for “the little guy.”

So, rather than have a rational discussion about something as important as the budget, he goes out and demonizes and downright lies about Paul Ryan’s budget proposal.

And he must remain classy, it is vitally important he remain classy; so he put Ryan in the front row so he can tell him to his face about how he (Ryan) plans to make children with autism and Down’s syndrome “fend for themselves.”

Not only that, but he wants to combat the rising gas prices by forming a commission to see if price gouging is going on.

This can be solved quickly: price gouging is going on; it’s being done by the foreign countries that hate us but also sell us oil. (You’re welcome, Mr. President. And I didn’t need a commission to figure that out.)

So all things considered, the point for Obama to run for a second term is….what again?

He hates the job. He is constantly criticized (and as Goldberg points out, doesn’t like it), and quite frankly, nothing he seems to do seems to work out in anyone’s favor anywhere.

He went from the man with the Midas voice (everything he said turned to gold) into the man with the curse reversed and everything he touches turns to lead.

Quite frankly, Obama’s legacy as president is not going to be pretty.

If his budget for 2012 passes (signs point to that it won’t), he’ll have trillion dollar deficits every year he’s been president. The economy has been stagnant at best since his tenure began.

His popularity is on tap with the guy who dunks nerds’ heads in toilets, and he has said things and made moves that make any head-on-straight person ask “Is this a president who’s done that?”

The time of the 44th president has been, not putting too fine a point on it, devastating. But running for a second term? Well, it’s just plain pointless.

Apr. 21, 2011

Donald Trump isn’t going to run for president.

He is rich, enjoys himself, says bold and often stupid things, trades his wife in for a younger model every few years, and calls Rosie O’Donnell a “big fat pig.” What’s not to like?

But President the Donald Trump? Really?!

He couldn’t take the scrutiny. Given his swashbuckling life and the media’s heightened scrutiny of things Republican, Trump would spend his entire campaign putting out fires.

Whether it is shady-side-of-the-line business deals, “bimbo eruptions,” tax shenanigans, enemies looking to get even, or Lord knows what else, he’d barely have time to round up enough Blisters to keep “Celebrity Apprentice” afloat.

Then there is the matter of his ideology — as in, what exactly is it?

Trump has alternately called Jimmy Carter the worst president ever, then George W. Bush the worst president ever, and now Barack Obama the worst president ever.

This nouveau “conservative Republican” supported “universal health care”; advocated a tax on the rich; stood pro-choice on abortion; supported Democrats like Hillary Clinton and Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; called George W. Bush “evil”; proposed a 25 percent tariff on Chinese imports; and has contributed more money to Democrats than to Republicans. Whew!

Like Ross Perot — an earlier rich, thin-skinned businessman-turned-presidential-aspirant — Trump barks out orders, says jump and expects people to do so. Doesn’t work that way in politics.

Try jabbing an index finger at an obnoxious New York Times reporter or a pesky rival Republican and saying, “You’re fired!”

Nor will he run as an independent — as he once threatened and then un-threatened to do. An indie candidacy would siphon votes away from the Republican candidate, requiring Trump to spend the rest of his life deflecting the blame for Obama’s re-election.

No fun being the next Ralph Nader, who, after costing Al Gore Florida and the presidency in ’00 can’t get a table at Chuck E. Cheese’s.

This brings us to the only reason to pay attention to The Donald. He’s turning over rocks the media can’t even locate with a guide dog and a treasure map.

Take the “wacky” birther issue. Polls show that most Republicans question whether Obama was born in America.

The Supreme Court calls this a “political question” and, therefore, outside of its power of judicial review. So legally, the birther issue is deader than Elvis.

Besides, Obama’s principal 2008 primary opponent, then-Sen. Hillary Clinton, couldn’t nail him on the issue. If there were something there, the hounds of the Clintons would have found it.

But are the “birther” folks wackier than the majority of Democrats who believe George W. Bush had prior knowledge of 9/11 or are unsure that he did?

Are the “birther” folks wackier than the majority of Democrats who believe that “Bush Lied, People Died” our way into the Iraq War or are unsure that he did?

Are they wackier than the majority of Democrats who, in 2008, held Bush responsible when gas prices hit $4 a gallon?

What’s the point? When people are unhappy with a politician and/or his policies, they sometimes see the worst — whether or not there is a factual basis. But the media do not even have a name for the Democratic equivalent of “birthers,” despite these vicious, unsubstantiated and irresponsible accusations of Bush.

On the birther issue, however, there is at least some legitimate head scratching.

Hawaii’s new governor, incensed over this “demonization” of Obama, vowed to put the issue to rest by releasing the relevant documents. Oops. The governor learned that under Hawaii’s privacy laws, no one could obtain the records without a “tangible interest.”

Who could release the records? Barack Obama. And he apparently refuses to waive his right of privacy. This kind of thing fuels speculation and suspicion.

Trump, while he’s at it, might want to turn his investigators onto Obama’s academic records — high school through Harvard Law — which remain top-secret.

Trump might want to confirm or refute Obama’s campaign assertion that he and his mother used food stamps — a tale of hardship strangely missing from Obama’s autobiography.

Trump might want to question members of Obama’s former church to find out how, during his 20 years as a member, Obama managed to miss every single sermon in which his “spiritual adviser,” the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, shouted the anti-Semitic, anti-American, racist statements widely viewed on YouTube.

We know Bush’s grades. We know his brand of whiskey before he kicked it. We know he eats pork rinds.

Dan Rather nuked his own career trying to prove Bush got high-hat treatment in the Texas Air National Guard– a contention rather still holds but Obama?

Nothing to see here.

No, the real story about Trump isn’t Trump.

It’s the pass given Obama by the media. Whether it’s regarding Obama’s birthplace, whether Obama personally heard Wright’s racist and anti-Semitic sermons, or whether unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers wrote Obama’s first book, Obama manages to avoid careful examination from the adoring media.

Trump would not be relevant — if the media had been.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The White House says President Barack Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed cooperation on counterterrorism, the Middle East peace process and violence in the Gaza Strip during a telephone conversation Monday.

Obama also extended best wishes to Netanyahu before the start of Passover. The weeklong holiday begins Monday night with a traditional seder meal and marks the biblical story of the Israelites’ exodus from Egypt.

Obama also was hosting a seder at the White House for the third straight year.

White House spokesman Jay Carney said Netanyahu expressed appreciation for U.S. funding for a military weapons system that has intercepted several rockets aimed at Israeli communities.

———————-

Special note – Israel National News has some observations on a key section of Obama’s message:

Passover recalls the bondage and suffering of Jews in Egypt and the miracle of the Exodus, but U.S. President Barack Obama says its message is reflected in Muslim uprisings.

In his annual message, prior to his third straight participation in the Passover Seder, President Obama stated, “The story of Passover…instructs each generation to remember its past, while appreciating the beauty of freedom and the responsibility it entails.

This year that ancient instruction is reflected in the daily headlines as we see modern stories of social transformation and liberation unfolding in the Middle East and North Africa.”

America there is a conservative group that has put together a Tea Party TV ad. And they promised there will be many more to come. These ads will run in battleground states in this 2012 Presidential Election.

The spot is called “Barack Obama’s Legacy of Failure”.

There will be many conservative groups that will do the same. This must be passed around to all your friends and everyone you know.

Apr. 4, 2011

Throught the Libyan crisis, Obama has put one woman ahead of all others (including Secretary of State Clinton and wife Michelle…).

Here are 10 reasons Conservative Americans should be concerned with the power of Susan Power.

1. She hates Israel, passionately. (For sources and links, simply Google or Bing-search her name…)

2. She could possibly be our next Secretary of State, replacing Clinton in 2012.

3. She is Obama’s ‘regulatory czar’ Cass Sunstein’s wife.

4. She used to work George Soros’ ‘think tank’ ICG (International Crisis Group)

5. She was re-hired in 2009 as Obama’s Special Assistant to President Barack Obama and Senior Director of Multilateral Affairs on the Staff of the National Security Council.

6. She is the “mind” behind President Obama’s current policy of Responsibility to Protect, which drove him to the “kinetic military action” [war] in Libya.

7. Because she said the following statement, regarding the ‘interrogation’ she was given by Obama, who was trying to convince her to work for him: “He really pushed me. Barack is incredibly empirical and non-ideological.

He’s very aware of the tectonic plate shifts in the global order – the rise of China, the resurgence of Russia, the loss of influence by the US — and how those affect your ability to get what you want, on anything from global warming to getting out of Iraq to stopping genocide.

I thought, if you’re interested in helping change the world in your small way, grandiose as that sounds, even if I was just answering his phones, I would have more impact than writing these big books that I put out ever half decade or so.”

8. Because of her responses to a 2002 interview with Harry Kreisler, Dir. of the Institute for International Studies at Berkeley. Kreisler asked, “Without addressing the Palestine – Israel problem, let’s say you were an advisor to the President of the United States, how would you respond to current events there?

Would you advise him to put a structure in place to monitor that situation, at least if one party or another [starts] looking like they might be moving toward genocide?”

Samantha said, “Alienate the American Jewish community, and indeed all Americans, such as evangelical Christians, who support the state of Israel, because Israeli leaders are destroying the lives of their own people.”

9. And in the same interview she said the United States should “pour billions of dollars of the taxpayers’ money into ‘the new state of Palestine.’”

10. And despite calling the US involvement in Iraq ‘the height of arrogance and foolishness,’ she considers staging an American ground invasion of Israel and the Palestinian territories not only viable but also necessary.

“I actually think in the Palestine/Israel situation, there’s an abundance of information. What we don’t need is some kind of early warning mechanism there, what we need is a willingness to put something on the line in helping the situation.

Putting something on the line might mean alienating a domestic constituency of tremendous political and financial import.more.sacrificing—or investing.

I think, more than sacrificing—billions of dollars, not in serving Israel’s military, but actually investing in the new state of Palestine, in investing the billions of dollars it would probably take, also, to support what will have to be a mammoth protection force, not of the old Rwanda kind, but a meaningful military presence.

Because it seems to me at this stage. You have to go in as if you’re serious, you have to put something on the line.”

Editor’s Note: We welcome to Mrs. Murrell to our staff, we hope that you will enjoy her writing. And on her discussions and let us know what you think.

Ann-Marie Murrell is a Conservative writer and a contributor to The Reagan Report and also of the Gold Coast Chronicle.

Like President Reagan, Ann-Marie Murrell began the first part of her life as a democrat. September 11, 2001 changed everything for her, as she watched the buildings in New York collapsed. At that point she understood what evil truly was, and the importance of having a strong, capable leader in America.

So on September 12, 2001 she called her local GOP office and officially registered as a Republican. These days Ann-Marie considers herself a Conservative/Republican (in that order) and has the highest level of respect for President Ronald Reagan and all that he stood for.

She lives in Southern California with her husband, Mark, and she has a (Conservative!) 25-year old son, Jason. You may reach Ann-Marie at annmariemurrell@reagan.com

Obama signed the order, known as a presidential “finding”, within the last two or three weeks, according to government sources familiar with the matter.

Such findings are a principal form of presidential directive used to authorize secret operations by the Central Intelligence Agency.

This is a necessary legal step before such action can take place but does not mean that it will.

As is common practice for this and all administrations, I am not going to comment on intelligence matters,” White House spokesman Jay Carney said in a statement.

“I will reiterate what the president said yesterday — no decision has been made about providing arms to the opposition or to any group in Libya.”

The CIA declined comment.

Mr. Obama’s latest attempt to take the initiative on energy policy comes as Republicans in Congress are stepping up criticism of the administration for not allowing more oil and gas drilling in the United States.

On Tuesday, House Republicans said they would introduce legislation requiring the administration to sell more offshore leases and to issue drilling permits within a set time frame.

Administration (Again) Blames Oil Companies For Lack Of Drilling

Earlier this month, Capital Hill predicted that a forthcoming Interior Department study would “prove” a favorite talking point of President Obama and other Democrats:

One reason why gas prices are high is because oil companies are refusing to drill on land leased from the federal government.

Well, the report is out and that is pretty much what it does.

The oil industry has never denied that a lot of the leases in question are not developed. The problem, they say, is that it takes a long, long time to get to the point of drilling.

They have to find out where the oil is first, and that’s not easy. Even if they do pinpoint it, there may not be enough to make it worth the expense of pulling it out of the ground.

GCC/Staff
Mar. 24, 2011

“The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.”

“As Commander-in-Chief, the President does have a duty to protect and defend the United States. In instances of self-defense, the President would be within his constitutional authority to act before advising Congress or seeking its consent.

History has shown us time and again, however, that military action is most successful when it is authorized and supported by the Legislative branch…. It is always preferable to have the informed consent of Congress prior to any military action…” Barack Hussein Obama 2007

Wow!

The above quotes confirm poignant words of wisdom from Barack Obama before being elected our president.

Now, with wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, and now an expansion of a war/chaos in Libya, it seems appropriate that we should hearken to his words of wisdom and prudence spoken only a few years ago.

The irony is when we actually compare and contrast his words then, with his actions now, we are left with unexplained contradictions and blatant hypocrisy.

We should remember, before ascending to the presidency, Mr. Obama had concerns about adherence to the constitution and an abuse of presidential powers; he knew usurpation of these “checks” would assure a “slippery slope” of precedence that can actually harm “we the people” while (potentially) emboldening political tyrants.

With that in mind, we should take into consideration recent deeds and actions to confirm whether indeed we have a president of wisdom and prudence, or a hypocrite that enables establishment of dangerous precedence that can be used for tyrannical misdeeds.

Based on his own writings, quotes, and opinions, it would be hard for any “objective person” to dismiss the fact that we are witnessing a blatant hypocrisy as evidenced by an out-of-touch and out-of-control president.

I understand that (even after reading his won words and seeing his actions) this conclusion will be hard to accept by some “die-hard” Obama constituents.

So, to be fair, a simple review of the role of the president is necessary. The role of the President of the U.S. can be summarized as follows:

* To command the military (but not to declare war).

* With Senate consent, to appoint U.S. officials and judges.

* To appoint officials created in law as the law provides and to commission officers.

* With Senate ratification, to make treaties.

* To fill vacancies during Senate recess and to receive ambassadors.

* To pardon convicts and convene or adjourn Congress in certain cases.

* To demand formal opinions from department heads.

*To faithfully execute the laws

Now, let’s compare and contrast the aforementioned role of the president by some of the most notable deeds and actions executed by President Obama:

Expansion of government by taking over of PRIVATE COMPANIES- Clear usurpation of the role of the president, usurps the Constitution, and (due to the unpopularity of this action) a disregard and usurpation the sentiment and will of “we the people”

Appointment of approx. 40 unelected, un-vetted and unconfirmed (via Congress) CZARS- This is a clear usurpation of the role of the president, U.S. Constitution, usurpation of Congress, and blatant disregard for appropriate “checks and balances” to protect “we the people”

Expansion and intrusion of government via OBAMACARE- This is another agenda that went well beyond the role of the president, it is a Constitutional usurpation that also (due to its unpopularity) usurps the collective will of “we the people”

ASSASSINATIONS AND SURVEILLANCE power has been granted to this president; he has power to assassinate and conduct surveillance on ANYONE without a judge/court order- This usurps ALL! Most notably, it usurps the Constitution, role of president, Courts, Congress, and ‘we the people”

Using EPA and FCC to force governmental restrictions on our freedoms to do simple things like (literally) breathe, and explore the internet- These actions usurp the Constitution, Congress, and the role of the president, while relegating “we the people” to limited freedoms and tyranny due to over-regulations

Obama Administration IGNORES/DEFIES COURT ORDER and is held in Contempt of Court for the gulf oil-drilling moratorium, and for the un-Constitutionality of Obamacare- Confirms usurpation of role of president, Federal courts, Judges, and U.S. Constitution, while also expressing contempt for “we the people”

Ordered DOJ to not enforce DOMA (Defense of Marriage Act) and Voting Rights Act violations (via New Black Panther voter intimidation case)- Demonstrates a “selective justice” system indicative of a brazen “over-reach” in role of president (which is supposed to faithfully execute the laws…ALL of them).

It also shows a willingness to disregard the U.S. Constitution (as supreme law of the land); to be sure, the lack of action on these cases usurps federal laws and courts/judges, the Congress, and collective goodwill of “we the people”

IGNORES U.S. BORDER SECURITY/laws designed to ensure National Security and sovereignty of the U.S., and its citizenry.- The convenient ignoring of border enforcement undermines Federal laws/courts, the Constitution, and security and protection of ‘we the people”

Arbitrary and UNILATERAL DECISION to follow the dictates of U.N. (the World courts and systems), in executing war against Libya, instead of assuming the role of U.S. president and conforming to U.S. Constitution and Congress-

This is a brazen usurpation of the most basic constructs that govern the relationship between the Commander in Chief and our respective government/leaders in Congress.

This war in Libya is being executed as a U.N. initiative without a clear vision, measurable goals, committed leadership, or appropriate disclosure and approval from U.S. Congress!

In all, we are at a most dangerous time. All of these usurpation’s correlate to a dangerous precedence being established by a novice president (he is either a novice or a devious malcontent). Each of these usurpation’s reduces and erodes our freedom and liberty!

Unfortunately, these actions will continue as long as we are silent; our silence only further emboldens and enables presidents/government leaders to continue to act in ways that are clearly un-presidential.

The precedence being established now, will most certainly pose danger for us with future president/leaders.

The fact is, we now know our president’s words contradict many of his actions, and his actions contradict the U.S. Constitution/Congressional mandates/U.S. Courts and judges, and the collective will of “we the people”.

Since most of these actions have occurred completely un-checked, we are left to ponder, “have we elected a king, or a president”?

“Does he work for us, or the global/world government community? “Is he competent to carry out his duties, or is he indeed our un-presidented president?

Your brother and servant,
