It is time, America. We have no choice but to make the hard choices necessary to bring America and the American dream back into our reality.

We have allowed our government, our leadership, and our principles to be eroded by corruption, greed, and radical anti-American agendas.

We have allowed our schools to become battlegrounds and indoctrination institutes. Our textbooks have been rewritten, our nation’s history obliterated, our founder’s vision blinded.

We have become dependent on a health care system led by pharmaceutical enticements, fraudulent entitlement programs, and a pervasive attitude that all people deserve healthcare regardless of where they come from and who pays for it.

We have succumbed to the power of the big banks and the power elite, and help maintain their power through our apathy and lack of education.

We have handed our once powerful place in the world to the United Nations, an entity that thrives on anti-American policies and actions, and allowed them to dictate to all that the world is unsustainable the way it is, and that America is no longer the power it once was, and it will never be that power again.

We have, through our efforts to re-parent or the pervasive attitudes now embedded in our educational system, allowed our children, our future, to live without promise, without a work ethic or a passion for becoming anything except a ward of the state.

We have elected people based on sex appeal, gender, hairdos, athletic ability, charm, speaking ability and/or their ability to lie and say what we want to hear.

I am an American born and raised. I believe in the dream. I believe in the flag and the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. I live in a chosen place, an experiment in freedom that was born of divine providence.

My ancestors were grateful. They were ready to work, to build, to try and to fail. They were ready to become communities and to sustain those communities through cooperation, hard work, courage and charitable belief.

We are failing now. As a nation, as a dream, as a common community of those who believe in life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

We can do better. We can BE better. But we need courage, fortitude, perseverance, faith and a plan.

If the November elections are successful in removing the initial cancer cells from our Congress, we have a chance to survive. But those elections are only the beginning of a long road.

Yes, we’ll have rhetoric from both sides of the aisle, and many will try to say the things we want to hear, but to survive and then grow, to recover from the surgery and heal, we need to collapse the aisles in Congress so there are no sides.

We need to understand that America, the country, is dying, not the Republican or Democratic Party, not the left or the right.

We need leadership that sees this country as one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all, but indivisible.

We live in a dangerous world. A divided nation will not stand. We need a plan. A plan that can and will be implemented quickly.

A plan that all Americans can see and feel as their own, for their own lives, their children’s lives, and for generations to come.

Yes, we are part of a global community, but we have allowed that community to bully us out of the neighborhood.

We have allowed the bullies of countries who seek power and authority to shame us into believing that our charity, our American spirit, our Military might has been wrong, misguided or detrimental to world growth. We need a plan.

Because our debt is so large, our national security is now threatened more than ever before, yet we have spent the last eighteen months accumulating more and more debt in the Progressive effort to “level the playing field,” as if all people on Earth except the elite in power should all be alike, eat the same, dress alike, and receive the merciful handouts of the powerful.

Our Revolution was our beginning away from just this kind of tyranny. God gave us life, and as Americans we understand that it is up to us to make that life, pursue happiness, and do it freely.

Security is a top priority as no nation can endure hardship and growth while under attack, is that from her borders, her banks, or her overseas community.

REPEAL AND REPLACE THE HEALTH CARE LAW.

Republicans have jumped on this issue and stated their intention clearly, but there are no details, no definitions, and no plan. Repealing the law will immediately help our physicians and health institutions feel more secure in their endeavors.

Fifteen million are uninsured, a portion of who don’t want insurance or use alternative health methods to stay well or get well.

The uninsured who want insurance complain about cost, and the costs are high because there is no interstate competition. Enact interstate commerce legislation that allows health insurance companies to compete and sell beyond their state borders.

Difficult?

Yes, but if this is not done more and more health insurance companies will go out of business because of increased burdens and costs.

If we allow the free market to work across state lines, costs will go down, but those companies that participate in interstate commerce must then allow Pre-existing conditions.

Stipulations to those conditions would necessarily be somewhat complicated as insurers would have to allow transfer from company paid to personal and vice-versa.

They would have to stipulate that conditions were one month, or ninety days in existence before insurance would be granted so that those who believe only others should pay can learn that we as a community share the burden.

Illegal immigrants naturally have no insurance. If they come here sick, or their children are sick, clinics should take care of them because we are a merciful nation; but if they are working, a portion of their paycheck will be used to pay for services, and their illegal status reported to the authorities.

SECURE THE BORDERS

We are bordered by two countries and massive water, none of which is secure. We are at war.

Though we have no nation to delineate this war, we are at war with terrorists and factions of groups who perceive our borders as porous.

Texas has the longest border with Mexico and the fewest agents or troops. Arizona has ceded land to drug cartels, and act of war in and of itself.  

Thirty to forty thousand National Guard troops should be deployed to our Southern border immediately. This is obviously a short-term resolution and deterrent, but necessary to provide immediate security.

We can’t provide healthcare and education to millions who cross illegally, nor should we. Immigration reform can only be comprehensive and meaningful if the border is secure and we gain control of the criteria for citizenship.

It was the Progressive congress that chose to increase the number of immigrants allowed into the United States.

This number needs to be lowered and enforced until such time as America regains her financial and economic stability. Until we can take care of our own, we cannot take care of everyone else.

Repeal NAFTA. This trading agreement has proven to be detrimental to American workers and American sovereignty.

CUT OR ELIMINATE CORPORATE AND PAYROLL TAX IMMEDIATELY. American businesses need to come home. By cutting taxes we allow for the increased wage that is truly American and we open the doors for job creation and growth. Companies who hire illegal’s to keep wages low should be fined.

Companies with unions who drain the corporate revenue and provide outlandish pensions that others pay for should be taxed so that union wages do not come out of taxpayer pockets.

STOP ALL SPENDING It is Congress that determines all spending in America, not the President or a Czar or a special interest group.

CONGRESSIONAL REFORM beginning immediately after the November elections is imperative for our country to survive. Lobbyists should be banned from all offices and meetings.

They can present their positions on designated days and in designated areas and no member of congress will receive any money or favor from a lobbyist.  

Term limits need to be revisited and the fourteenth amendment eradicated.

It was a Progressive Congress and President that decided to change the relationship of congress to the states and this needs to be reversed and restored.

ELIMINATE THE U.N. The League of Nations was the original U.N., decided upon after WWI because of the growing trade and alliances of the world community.

Yes, that reliance has multiplied, but the United Nations has become a tyrannical player in a dangerous game.

To preserve and protect our nation from its far-reaching power-grabbing agenda, we need to dismiss them.

They should NOT be housed on American soil, but on neutral soil if at all.

This will anger those countries, who use the U.N. to exploit others, but no U.N. resolution of agreeing nations has ever become the solution to any problem, nor has the so-called humanitarian of the U.N. ever been based in anything but greed and corruption.

As a Nation of freedom and human rights, we need to denounce the U.N. and regain our sovereignty.

NASA Our space program was never meant to be a social network or a classroom for mechanics. It was begun with a vision for the future and provided Americans with the technology and engineering necessary to take “one giant leap for mankind.” 

Because of NASA, America was a leader in innovative space technology, and that leadership needs to be restored.

SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE Both of these programs were enacted at times when Americans were in trouble and our leadership decided the government was the only answer.

Most of us have paid into both of these programs for years in spite of the fact that we know we will never receive or recover all that we put in.

They cannot be eliminated, but they must be policed and changed. Starting with sixteen –year olds just beginning to work, Social Security should be eliminated or voluntary and programs for saving offered by reliable financial vehicles.

Baby boomers are beginning to retire now and the system is broke. Each taxpayer should give at least $1 toward this fund to help sustain it for those who have paid into it.

This should be checked on a less-progressive tax form that allows for a fair tax rather than a progressive tax. Our elders rely on Medicare because they thought they should and could.

We cannot remove this crutch now. But the losses in Medicare fraud and abuse are substantial.

Only when we incorporate TORT REFORM in our healthcare law and institute severe penalties for medical, Medicaid and Medicare fraud will we be able to sustain this system.

As we return more companies to American soil, stop spending, increase employment, the coffers through donation and a simple tax will help recover our debt.

FANNIE AND FREDDY PHASE OUT These programs helped many buy homes, but many who bought homes should not have bought them.

Yes, we all want to be able to afford a home and not pay a landlord. It’s part of the American Dream. But it’s not a right.

No country in the world gives you a house and land. Yes, many have more land than they need and bigger houses than they should have if we believe energy efficiency and opportunity are of value, but the only true and equitable way to be in America and maintain the dream is to manufacture our own products, our own homes, hereby lowering the cost of materials and labor and making housing and transportation affordable.

The manufactured financial crisis worked for an election cycle and a planned agenda, but it is not the vision of America.

VA loans and FHA loans worked for many who served their country. Service provides a means of ownership. When one serves his country he learns the value of being a citizen and they should be given credit.

Military pay doesn’t match the private or public sector salaries unless you are high in the echelon of power. Serve your country, or work and save. That’s how Americans do it.

ACORN AND RELATED CRIMINAL GROUPS need to be defunded, investigated and eliminated. If any group is found to be a vehicle of corruption, they need to be indicted and stopped.

This is an immediate plan. There is much more to be done. But we are in immediate and dire need.

Our freedoms are being taken away as is our sovereignty and strength as a nation. Unless we find the courage to take action and do it with faith that we will make it through, we will die. 

America, are you ready? Can we find and support the leadership that will bring us out of our coma and back to life? You have what it takes. You have the American Spirit that has provided the light of hope to millions.

We cannot let it die. We cannot let others extinguish it. We must, and we will, hold that beacon of hope high for all to see. God help us.

We stand here together Today in Kalispell, Montana to honor our country, its founders and the Constitution. WE stand here together to CELEBRATE AMERICA, show pride and honor as Americans who will never forget what this country stands for and why we defend her to our death.

We need to remember where we were on September 11th, 2001 and know where we are today September 11, 2010.

Where have we and the country travelled since then…what paths have we taken?

We pay tribute to all of our fellow Americans and their families that have sacrificed their lives for this great land.

God Bless all of them!

But now as we celebrate America, we at the same time must Stand Up For America and cherish what our founders and forefathers and Mothers layed out for us in 1776 in wonderful values and traditions.

Today, as much as then, we are the Masters of our Fate and the Captains of our Soul.

*I quote:* From the Poem Invictus by English Author poet William Ernest Henley (1849–1903) that was penned in 1875.

“I am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soul.”

Yes, America, you are watching while Washington and Federal Government self-destruct before our very eyes.

What does a country and its citizens do as their nation continues to collapse from weak and misdirected Leadership? What are you going to do?

*The Declaration of Independence states:*

“To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”_

We cannot permit the current leaders in the White House and Halls of Congress to continue in their efforts to lead us down the road of Progressive Socialism and destruction of the Republic.

There are no partisan politics here today – it is about us as Americans standing up and taking charge of our destiny and playing our individual part to ensure what needs to be done is done.

If there is to be a Patriotic Revolution, it is to begin now. We Constitutionalists face a battle that is unknown to our generations so we must be aggressive in our collective efforts to change the tide.

Of notice are the continued Arrogance, Incompetence and Dishonesty of officials as relates to Legislation, National Security, Economy and is the rationale for a massive change of our government in the Executive and Legislative Branches.

The Fate of the country is now in our hands and the plea from the majority of our citizens is to enforce the Constitution, severely limit the Federal Government and it’s out of control spending.

There is a growing list of documented violations by current elected and appointed government officials of the Constitution and their Oath of Office.

The 2010 November elections will be the most pivotal mid-term elections in our history.

*Lincoln issued this warning in his inaugural address:*

_“Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up and shake off the existing government and form a new one.

This is a most valuable and sacred right – a right which we hope and believe is to liberate the world.”_

Being a representative republic, not a democracy, and “rising up” means other than revolution by use of arms.

The people must “rise up” (Stand Up) from the grass roots across this great country as we think of the greater good of this and future generations.

We are limited in the peaceful transfer of power…resignation, elections, and impeachment. That is why the Patriotic Revolution must take place to ensure survival of the Union.

*The oath is simple and reads:*

_“I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

Sadly, we have seen them violate their oath. Fraud, lying, and corruption are rampant and some have engaged in treasonous activities, and they effectively thumb their noses at us and have sold you to the highest bidder.

The Articles of Confederation were replaced with the Constitution, which granted the federal government enough authority to cultivate, promote and secure the Blessings of Liberty. The balance of authority and individual liberty was understood. Power was confined to that which was enumerated in the Constitution with a certain and meaningful intent for check and balances.

*We must make it a local imperative and movement….of the People…by the People… and For the People.*

“We, the People” have had enough. Enough is enough. We have watched the elected and appointed leader violate their sacred oath of office. “We, the People” cannot solely depend on the results of the elections. It is now that many of these public servants (and you know who they are) must put the people and country interests above self-interest by resigning and stepping down immediately.

A civil uprising is still not out of the question as “pain” grips the country more each day. This means raising your voice now to your neighbors, family, co-workers, and friends. Be the Captains of your Souls. I pray for another George Washington to appear within the year and lead us. And then we can again next year Celebrate America, a Nation proud and prosperous and unyielding to our enemies. We all must be the brave and brave enough to Stand Up and lead this country back to honor and Dignity.

Long ago the American 21^st Century express which all Americans were on board with took a wrong turn on the track to the future and suddenly DERAILED. 

Today, we have a colossal train wreck in our midst, and we have all the wrong people trying to assess the DERAILMENT!

What do I mean by this, well long ago back when I was a child in the 50’s, there was a time when people in this nation were more civil to one another, they respected life, they helped neighbors and actually talked to them frequently. 

Our country at that time was built and we had been at WAR in the 2^nd World War.  There was much to do with respect to changing from a War time economy, to a peace time economy. 

With that in mind the parents of children like me instilled principles, values, standards, morals, traditions, and faith in one’s creator. 

Today, many in America, turn their back on the principles, values, standards, and morals along with the faith in one’s creator that have made America great in the past. 

They have been influenced by “Greed, Materialism, Self Grandeur, and reject faith, their morals are in the toilet, their character is weak, and their vision is clouded with respect to the future of this country for our young who will follow the generation of today. 

America, is about to have a heart attack, and if we don’t “WAKE UP” Uncle Sam will be either dead or on Life Support and Disabled for a very long time.

Now I know that I am not painting you a very hopeful picture, but the reality is this, if we as Americans do not STOP the activities of a corrupted Government in the Houses of Congress, and make our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence stand for what the forefathers intended at their writing and signing then we as a nation will not be able to recover from this DERAILMENT, and there will be NO FUTURE for our children or their children.

It is time to do some REAL Soul searching, and it is time for all Americans to stand straight and tall and UNITED together, against the LIBERALS, the PROGRESSIVES, the SOCIALISTS, the COMMUNISTS, the MARXISTS, and all others who are trying to tear this country apart, and destroy it. 

All who have been engaged in activity that is destructive, Un-Constitutional, & violates the Rights, Freedoms, & Liberties guaranteed to each of us by our founding documents, shall be sought out, removed, arrested and held for trial, for crimes against the citizens of this great nation.

In order to recover, from the DERAILMENT seen and experienced in America, we must assess and decide if we are any of the following:

1.     A Christian Nation who believes and trusts in our Creator.

2.     A nation who values life and will do all it can to preserve and protect it.

3.     A nation who wants and desires dignity, respect, and recognition of every man, woman, and child who is an American moral citizen.

4.     A nation who honors marriage and will accept the description of Marriage as defined in Title 38 of the U S Code which is part of the Constitution with no challenges.

5.    A nation who will abide by the Constitution, and will hold Government to the defined responsibilities outlined therein.

6.    A nation who will cherish and honor family, and promote the protection of the young from all the immoral things presently in our midst.  A nation who will only sponsor and support that which is moral in our society, and is good for all and promotes a healthy, peaceful and happy life.

7.    A nation who will stand proud, and will pledge to a strong military, to help defend against all threats to the security of this nation.

8.    A nation who will practice the “Golden Rule”, and will “Pay it forward” just like the movie.

9.    A nation who will prepare for the future of the next generations leaving a footprint for them to follow that does not rob their piggy banks or their future.  A nation of Fiscal responsibility, and accountability that has limits and won’t go beyond them.

10. A nation that returns to our TRADITIONS and calls on the Creator to watch over, keep, and protect our country, its citizens, and our existence.

 If we start with a return to the basics that this country and nation were built on then and only then will we are able to rectify the problems at hand. 

We as Americans have been in a slumber deep sleep for far too long, and we have let things get out of control as a result. 

Case in point, the election of 2008, when in fact a person who is not eligible according to the criteria of the

U S Constitution was in fact Certified to Run for the office of POTUS by the two leaders of the Houses of Congress, w/o full and complete background review. 

Today, the American press and many Americans still refuse to honor the Constitutional requirement, and so we have a USURPER in our chair in our house in Washington D C. 

This person is attempting to destroy this nation’s principles, values, standards, & Religious respect and appreciation for our Creator. 

He has done so much harm to us, and still Americans are not willing to challenge anything he does, nor will anyone challenge any of the illicit measures being employed against us in the Houses of Congress. 

Do you see anything wrong with this picture? 

I hope so! 

It does need to be corrected.

Lastly, in November, we are going to face the most important election in an off year in recent times. 

It is vitally IMPORTANT that all recognize the seriousness of the situation before us and each of us VOTE very carefully. 

You should do your due diligence on the candidates and make sure of their positions on things of importance to you and your community. 

We MUST get this RIGHT this time around, or we will be sorry for a long time to come. 

Please, be sure you Vote, but not until you are clear on what the candidates stand for, and whether or not they are aligned with your positions on issues.

If I was writing about a subject whatever it maybe and I put in God or mentioned him a few times would you think I meant Satan or some fake god other than the Christian God?

Seeing how our country was founded on the God of the Bible and these men wrote the Constitution on this Gods Word and used the Torah do finish the work. Wouldn’t we think they were speaing of the God of the Bible.

If all men and women are created equal by their creator, who do you think they were speaking about?

Satan is a counterferit god not…the God of the Bible is who. It doesn’t take much to see this.

The Declaration of Independence is mirrored after the Torah and the Law of Moses so the article; I would have to believe is based after the living God, Jehovah.

I’m trying to make a point that most have missed but you will make the judgment after reading the whole story.

See we do judge don’t we!

 When it speaks of making no law respecting an establishment of religion (an organized group) starting a church or freedom of speech is about this God and everything that is holy and honest is in the Constitution.

Lying used to be against the law in court but today it is protected just like many sins are protected and it is because of reprobate judges.

This has also been missing because of lie which have been spoken so many times that we haven’t any idea what it means anymore. God said in his Word that he wanted no other God before him.

Did the founders know this? If so why would any group that came into American bring in their counterfeit god and we just allow it.

Islam is a counterfeit and it isn’t a true religion but a government of killing, PERIOD!

So I will say that to have another god here in America and think that Jehovah is fine with it is a lie.  

He had Moses write in the book:

Exeo 20:3 Thou shall have no other gods before me.

Exeo 20:5 Thou shall not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me.

Deu 6:15 (For the LORD thy God is a jealous God among you) lest the anger of the LORD thy God be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth.

Now do I think they wanted other god in America?

I think they were speaking in the contest of the whole not leave God out as they continued. I don’t but you make the call and tell me.

We have used the USA today to bring in every demon cult they wanted under the name of freedom of religion.

Here are a few things we get for leaving God out of lives.  I just wrote this for something to think about.

God (JESUS) blesses you.

Lev 26:16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

Deu 28:18 Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy land, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.

Deu 28:19 Cursed shalt thou be when thou comets in, and cursed shalt thou be when thou goes out.

Deu 28:20  The LORD shall send upon thee cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all that thou set test thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed, and until thou perish quickly; because of the wickedness of thy doings, whereby thou hast forsaken me.

Deu 28:21 The LORD shall make the pestilence cleave unto thee, until he have consumed thee from off the land, whither thou goes to possess it.

Deu 28:22 The LORD shall smite thee with consumption, and with a fever, and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.

Deu 28:23 and thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.

Deu 28:24 The LORD shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

Deu 28:32 Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people and thane eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the daylong: and there shall be no might in thane hand.

Deu 28:33 the fruit of thy land, and all thy labors, shall a nation which thou know not eat up; and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed always:

Deu 28:58 If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, THE LORD THY GOD;

The Declaration of Independence states: “To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”

We cannot permit the current leaders in the White House and Halls of Congress to continue in their efforts to lead us down the road of Progressive Socialism and destruction of America.

This is the current battle that we Constitutionalists face and we must be aggressive in our efforts. Incompetence, Deceit, Fraud, Corruption,

Dishonesty and Violation of the US Constitution and oaths of office of officials now come into play as relates to our National Character, National Security, Economy and the Nation’s well-being and is the rationale for resignations. Demand Resignation of derelict officials by the people of this country in now required.

Where is our Moral Compass?

The oath of office is simple and reads:

“I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

Sadly, we have seen them violate their oath. Fraud, lying, and corruption are rampant and some have engaged in treasonous activities, and they effectively thumb their noses at us and have sold you to the highest bidder.

The Articles of Confederation were replaced with the Constitution, which granted the federal government enough authority to cultivate, promote and secure the Blessings of Liberty.

The balance of authority and individual liberty was understood. Power was confined to that which was enumerated in the Constitution with a certain and meaningful intent for check and balances.

Lincoln issued this warning in his inaugural address, “Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the right to rise up and shake off the existing government and form a new one.

This is a most valuable and sacred right – a right which we hope and believe is to liberate the world.” Being a representative republic, not a democracy, “rising up” means other than revolution by means of arms.

The people must “rise up” from the grass roots across this great country as we think of the greater good of this and future generations. We are limited in the peaceful transfer of power…resignation, death, elections, and impeachment.

“We the People” have had enough. Enough is enough. The Obama White House and identifiable Members of Congress are now on a progressive socialist, treasonous death march and are bankrupting and weakening the country. We have watched them violate their sacred oath of office.

“We, the People” cannot wait for and solely rely on the next round of elections in November of this year. It is now and each day that these public servants must put the citizen’s interests above self-interest by resigning immediately.

Our so-called Representatives and Senators are more interested in party loyalty than performing their duties. So, do not expect them to resign en masse or be impeached.

Therefore the “people” must decide. A civil uprising is brewing. We now must call for the immediate resignation of Barry Soetero (AKA President Barack Hussein Obama) …..Based on Incompetence, Deceit, Fraud, Corruption, Dishonesty and Violation of the US Oath of Office and the Constitution.

And a call for a National Petition for new elections to select the next President of the United States of America must be initiated.

We can wait no longer for a traditional change of Power and New Government.

They’re the two little words that can bring the conversation of a dozen people to a screeching halt at a dinner party.

Health care.

Regardless of which side your political bread is buttered on, this debate can divide friendships, dissolve professional relationships and complicate legislative power struggles that can last for days, weeks or decades. (look how long Ted Kennedy carried on)

One remaining question, however, has been one of a somewhat philosophical nature. Is health care a privilege or is it a right?

To Conservatives, such as myself, we would naturally observe our Founding papers, as well as our conscience for the answers to this delicate question. 

According to The Declaration of Independence, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.-“

The answer, therefore, is simple.  Certainly, we’re entitled to pursue health care to the maximum of our capacity.  I believe it’s a wise idea for employers to offer benefits to their workforce, along with flexible spending plans, medical savings accounts, flexible savings accounts, etc. 

Frankly, I cannot imagine going ‘without’ insurance, and feel that health coverage should be budgeted into every family’s ‘fixed’ column, never a variable expense, especially if there are children involved. 

It’s imperative to be an educated consumer and in this day and age, there is never an excuse for a company to not have a well-informed Broker on file whose job (and often passion) it is to provide answers to their Client’s employees, save you money and offer as many tax advantages as possible.

America’s health care system is badly in need of repair (such as tort reform for physicians) but still quite a wonderful system, the best in the world, and should NOT be turned over to the federal government. (case in point: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Auto industry, AIG, Housing industry, Banking industry, VA, Postal system, Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid, need I continue?)

Might I point out that the 47 million uninsured number that continues to be tossed about is highly inaccurate. A closer examination shows that the number is much closer to 17 million with the balance discrepancy divided as follows:

Approximately ¼ are eligible for Medicare but have not applied yet or are waiting to hear back from the Government; One sixth are illegal immigrants and although they are to be covered under Obamacare, they are not entitled to benefits; the rest are divided between uninsured Adults and Children – except, that children are insurable under State insurance plans, but parents must apply, Many people assume that if they cannot afford insurance they cannot get it, which is simply not the case.

It may seem that most of the uninsured folks are in between jobs, cannot afford insurance (and do not apply for federal and/or state benefits) or choose not to afford it for a number of reasons. They’d rather have a fancy car than pay premiums.

For the Obama Administration to haughtily shove the health care bill through the House and Senate is not only Unconstitutional, it aptly illustrates the level of depravity to which these criminal minded individuals currently at the helm of our Nation are willing to sink in order to seize power and demonstrate their intent on monetary and legal rape of our civil liberties and capitalist system, pushing us deeper under a Marxist regime.

Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to “be bound by oath or affirmation” to support said Constitution, yet I’d be surprised if our Congressional or Senate members are even vaguely aware of its tenants, despite their signatures and oath.

How else do you explain their acts of treason? I’ll explain:

Although the health care bill DOES contain death panels, rationed care, massive pay cuts for physicians (enough to probably guarantee that many will take early retirement and far fewer will enter the practice of medicine) questionable legal practices, tiered decision panels by Government employees, NOT physicians, etc., that is not the main concern with this bill and it’s been overlooked by the American people as well as Congress/Senate but certainly not the Obama Administration, who crafted the bill.

IT DISMANTLES THE CONSTITUTION ITSELF.

Through a massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch, in an effort to change everything about our Nation, it unravels the delicate balance of power hand-crafted by our founding fathers and is quite irreversible. Please go back and re-read the last few lines.

They are the most critical of this article.

1)     The Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches of the U.S. Government will be transferred to the Obama Administration with the signing of this bill. The American people and their businesses will be under Obama’s authority.

The odd and ironic part of all of this is that Congress does not have the Constitutional or legal authority to make such changes in the first place.

2)     Links to the Constitution, Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights are provided below for your review. I encourage you to peruse them and become as familiar as possible with these documents.

3)     The health care bill also allows the Obama Administration to access ALL of your personal health care information, financial information, employer records, physician/hospital records, and computerized information.

This is a specific violation of the Third and Fourth amendment.

If you decide to ‘spend’ your budget on something other than health care or” they” disagree with your choice of coverage, under this bill’s provisions, they can impose a fine (yet call it a ‘tax’) and even impose jail time, in direct violation of the Fifth Amendment.

The details are unbelievably complicated but suffice it to say that the Obama Administration has written an extremely offensive bill that is in direct violation with the 3rd, 4^th, 5^th 6^th, 9^th and 10^th portions of our Founding papers. And another to the Bill of Rights:

And that brings me to my final question and thought:  One that I’m SURE Obama thought of but I’m not certain anyone else has.  If all power is transferred to the Obama Administration, thereby rendering the Constitution invalid, then Obama can terminate term limits for himself…..can’t he?

Wouldn’t that be something?
